![]() Author has written 7 stories for Sherlock, Avengers, and Walking Dead. Hello All, I am a avid fic reader who enjoys writing, but rarely gets an opportunity to do so. I am also a certified adult. I don't generally talk to people under twenty online. I'm not virulently against "kids" in fandom spaces or anything like that, I just think young people should be able to protect themselves from adults in fandom spaces, so I make my age known. My stories also tend to deal with a lot of deeply traumatizing issues like abuse, sexual assault, etc. However, most of them are coming from a place of trying to overcome or heal. So please be aware of that. I can supply content warnings for whatever. Things I enjoy are video games, movies, TV, and books. Within that list, things varies just about as widely as you can possibly imagine, but none the less, if it's geeky, I like it...And if I don't like it, we will give it an honest chance before disregarding it. I enjoy writing, I enjoy experiencing all the great things that Fan Fiction has to offer because generally it is so fantastic, some of the shit we can imagine is just so rad, and to me...that's important. NOTE: I have been writing for a long time. I have a ton of problematic shit in my stories - and not just the trauma stuff. I mean, I was a big ol'casual bigot and it transferred to my writing. Some of it comes from predictable villainous sources, but 99% of it is just my own failings in being conscientious about the people in my community (i.e. this community of fandom writers and readers, we are amazingly diverse). I have learned better, but please watch out for: racism, fatphobia, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, and other bigotry. I literally can't go back and change it because there's so much of it. I was not a good person for 98% of my current life and I'm trying to not suck as much as a human being anymore. And the fact is, it's really just basic decency and more people should practice it. Love and care for one another! |
