Jack loved the look of terror in Tooth's eyes, the horror in Sandy's, the anger in Bunny's and the sorrow in North's. Golden sand turned black under his touch and Pitch's dark aura was simply intoxicating. Jack recalled the moment where the arrow had pierced his back. The moment where an odd feeing of warmth consumed him as well as the evil it possessed.

After an incident during the Easter Disaster, something inside Jack snaps, and he finds himself on the other side of the battle. The Guardians are a family, family trust each other. But Tooth, Bunny and North never knew what happened after Jack carried Sophie away, they just assumed that he betrayed them. So they didn't trust him, and in return, he doesn't trust them. That's what MiM is trying to fix. Maybe seeing a couple of memories from a certain winter spirit will help them to be a complete family.

Cliche title is cliche. Jack can only touch the Guardians whose centers he believes in. Everyone else discovers this in a way that is less than optimal.

Pitch isn't as stupid as he seems. The guardians are gullible, and even the Man in the Moon wasn't that hard to trick. Yes, he is intent of bringing terror and unhappiness, but not to children. And now that phase one of his plan is complete, he can bring about the much more subtle schemes into play. Jack Frost had better watch out.
