The previously planned revisions for Hazard of Hatred and Dreams Crushed have sadly been postponed in favor of bringing you new content.
I still plan to bring them to you this year, but with all that's currently on, I'm swamped with work as is, and I want to finally give you new chapters first.

Status (04.06.2020):
Here we are again, and I've got a small update for you on how things are currently. I'm still working on the next chapter for Hazard of Hatred and can hopefully drop it early next week if everything goes well. Like I mentioned last time, however, the general revision will have to wait a bit longer in favor of the story finally continuing. Dreams Crushed is in a similar stare, with the update following next after Hazard of Hatred.

In other news, I just released a short RWBY story I've been excited about for a while and wrote just after the finale of Volume 7 - The Enemy of Trust.
Titled "The Two Queens' Stalemate", a slight misstep leads to the events of The Enemy of Trust changing greatly. While for now complete, ultimately, I plan to continue this story once I've got everything else under control and can ensure that neither Hazard of Hatred nor Dreams Crushed will suffer, considering they have done enough of that and are just about to start back up. Wherever Volume 8 of RWBY will go, I'm pretty sure that what I've got planned for "The Two Queens' Stalemate" will deviate a lot, and I'm really excited for that. Got a lot of unique stuff planned for it!

Change of Plans 2020 (11.05.2020):
If you're reading this, you probably noticed that the planned revisions for Hazard of Hatred - which was meant to happen during February - and Dreams Crushed - planned for March - have not appeared yet. I was really hoping to finally get around and do that, as although not as necessary as some other stuff, they would have been nice and improved the content that's already out. Sadly, with all that's currently going on, and me being confined to Home Office, I'm swamped with work that needs to get out on time. As is, each new week, I get a load of work and have to have it done by Friday, meaning I can't actually write until the second half of the week when work is done.

It's was actually why you didn't hear from me until now - I suddenly had so much work to do, had to set up Home Office and get stuff running, that I completely forgot to inform you guys, and I'm really sorry about that!

Because of those circumstances, however, I've decided to postpone the planned revisions for now and focus on picking up work on new chapters so that you guys finally get what you were waiting for - and that for a really long time.

So! What this means is that I'm currently using my free time to work on the next chapter for Hazard of Hatred, which is nearly done, followed (hopefully!) by a chapter for Dreams Crushed - which is about halfway done as well. I might actually be able to cram in the revision of Dreams Crushed with this update, however, as it is much smaller than the revision for Hazard of Hatred (it's mostly chapter one that is affected by this revision), but it really depends on how well the new chapter goes, how much work I have to do in June, and how well the revision comes along.

Everything else I mentioned in the previous post should not be affected, as far as I know, but if something does come up, I'll mention it.

As a small treat, however, there is another thing coming up towards the end of the week for all RWBY fans, a 'one-shot' I wrote on impulse a while ago. It recently left beta, so I'm now just putting the finishing touches on it.

Plans for 2020 (31.01.2020):
With my mental health increasing steadily for the past few months, and me finally getting my shit together, I think it's time that things on here get done as well. For too long have I left you in the dark, for too long have I left all of you waiting for any updates. And now, finally, I'm feeling confident enough to finally share my plans with you - because I'm actually assured for once that they'll work out.

So here's what's going to happen with my stories on here.

First an foremost, Hazard of Hatred - during February, I'm going to spend some time to revise older chapters, updating them to have a smoother flow, fix grammar and spelling, and clean up a bit of redundancy I've noticed. This will be done entirely on my side, meaning that the revision will roll out as one update as soon as it is finished. No major changes will be made to plot or characters, so although I highly advise you to once the update rolls out to get back into it, it will not be necessary to read the whole story again if you've already done so prior to the update.
New chapters will follow after the revision, with one already mostly finished, and the others planned out. The plan is to finish Hazard of Hatred in 2020.

Next up, Dreams Crushed. Having gone into hiatus with the end of the second arc, Dreams Crushed will continue soon - a small revision to the earliest chapters is necessary, just a handful of fixes. As it will include a better intro (aka the first half of chapter 1), I do advise to read at least that once the revision rolls out - for the moment, I'm aiming towards continuing Dreams Crushed during the second half of March, but more about that as we get there. This is mostly because I'm currently changing a few things around that I had planned for the third arc, but no longer find as fitting with the direction that Dreams Crushed is supposed to be headed in. Some elements of the third arc are the oldest I had planned for Dreams Crushed, and feel out of place now with the new and better plot.

The other multi-chapter stories:
Having started it back before I suddenly dropped off the radar, Heritage, will remain on hiatus for now. This is because I want to focus more on Hazard of Hatred and Dreams Crushed while I'm returning, but I see no problem in continuing it once everything else is back on track. Once that is the case, however, Heritage will start back from scratch, as I've recently had a look at it, and came up with better ideas, and since we still were at the very beginning, I see no problem in starting over with a better plot - it's still very similar, but some of the new ideas I had for it allow for a better flow and generally better portrayal of what I had in mind when I first started it. This includes a completely new branch that will play into where it was supposed to head.
Gone completely under the radar for the most part, probably because it's directed at more of a niche audience compared to my other works and kinda late to the party with how the game is five years old by now and just a spin-off, Eclipse of the Moon's Sorceress will be continued towards Summer. I'm listing it here because it's not a one-shot, but as it is still kinda short, with only two chapters missing from this three chapter work, I don't see the problem in finishing it during the first half of this year. Mostly because it's pretty much planned out, too.
What about the Bad Day (League of Legends) series? Although the series officially ended with the third installment, I've kept writing additional pieces in that universe and published them ever so often, most of them containing a less serious theme than the first three, and never really ended that series afterwards. And I still don't want to. I've had notes for at least three more installments, one of which I was in the middle of writing back then, and I still really like it. As is, I'd like to come to back to it during the second half of this year - revise the first two a bit, then release 'A Cold Joke', and maybe even one more this year. That said, I do have notes for how to end the series once and for all, and as I see it, should I not come with any new ideas until then, I believe 2021 seems like a nice year to end it with. After all, it was once supposed to be a single one-shot, just a one-off excursion into the world of my three favorite Piltover Champions, and we have eight installments in a series now. All good things must come to an end, I'm afraid, and I think we're near that.

As for other things, like one-shots - just as I've said a year back, I still plan to release different one-shots, smaller works that I come up with on the side and never really plan beforehand - last year, it was pretty much the only thing I really released, and while I do have two or three started, I'm not focusing on them right now. Not until Hazard of Hatred and Dreams Crushed are getting regular updates again.

So what about Negative Bullet Project? I know that there are still a few people around that are wondering about that, even though it's effectively been almost a decade. The truth is, I don't want to say anything concrete right now. I'm still debating about a lot of things regarding it - I was overzealous and inexperienced when I wrote it, and there's a lot work piled up there that needs to be addressed before I can actually do anything about it. I'm taking the first half of this year to sort that out, and when Summer comes around, I'd like to talk about Negative Bullet Project alone and as it is. All I can say is - if you've not given up hope for it yet, then please don't do so. There is something about it coming up in 2020, that much I can say.

TL;DR:
So Hazard of Hatred is getting revised in February and continues afterwards. Dreams Crushed is getting a small revision in March and continues after that. Heritage is currently on hold and will eventually start over. Eclipse of the Moon's Sorceress will be finished by Summer. Bad Day series will get a new installment in the second half of the year and most likely end in 2021. No dates set for one-shots, but like to keep the possibility open.

Some honesty (10.06.2019): I can't believe it's been another half a year in which I didn't get anything done on here. And I honestly hate it. Like every other time I suddenly dropped off the radar before and didn't return for months. Because I don't want to do that - I want to write so much, want to publish things, want to give you the updates you so desperately wait for, but like with most things in my life, I often just physically and emotionally can't. Often, I don't have the strength to do the most basic things, and it's been like that for a few years, slowly getting worse - but finally, things are changing for the better again. Things are looking up, I have people helping me get my life together and learn to live with my condition, and I've slowly been learning to function like a normal human again. After years of slowly decaying, after finally getting help half a year ago, I'm finally seeing some positive progress, and I hope to reflect that on here as well and slowly get back into things. "Dreams Crushed" has been on hold for way too long now, and "Hazard of Hatred" has been so close to its end for years - it's time to finally move forward again. And baby, I'm actually excited.

Well, how should I begin? My penname, as you should've seen, is SorrowfulReincarnation and I am male, why thank you. I love writing above all. Call me Sorrow or S-Rei, will ya?

What do you have to expect of me, you may wonder? I've started with Touhou Fanfictions, as Touhou was and still is one of my most favorite games out there. However, I have since then improved greatly and expanded into several directions as my interests kept spreading, including Warframe, League of Legends, RWBY and Digimon (of which the latter was an important part of my childhood). Though it sometimes might not feel like it due to how life just loves to mess me up, I plan to first of all finish my current stories (HoH, RWBY "Dreams Crushed", LoL "Bad Day"), revisit the old and bad ones (I-Negative Bullet), but still want to keep expanding every now and then, going into new directions, though this will happen mostly in one-shots. I write for the entertainment of myself and others, but also to pay tribute to those series of games/anime/manga/shows that have influenced me in certain ways.

As for what music I listen to, it's mostly J-Rock and J-Pop, videogame music (hell yeah!) and Melodic Death Metal. I've also read lots of manga, novels and other written works, and watched just as many anime - it would take too long to count them all...

Current stories:

- Digimon: "Hazard of Hatred" (HoH): Picks up towards the end of "Runaway Locomon". Takato is forced to make a sacrifice, and is seperated from his friends and family. Upon trying to return to the real world, he ends up in the eastern quadrant. And it slowly begins to seem like someone set this all up for a greater purpose...! And what has it all do to with the Digital Hazard? Season02xTamers Crossover. Eventually Rukato.

- RWBY: "Dreams Crushed AU" (DC AU): Set in an alternate universe, Yang and Ruby have been orphans fighting for their lives and struggling to find their place in the world. A nightly stroll of the older sister, however, leads to an interesting acquaintance that could as well change everything in their life.

- League of Legends: "Bad Day"-Series: While it is now officially over, the final installment being out there, I'm not going to say that there's never ever going to be anything for this series. At any point, I might pick it up again and add some smaller installments to it. If you've read the final main installment, "A Final Joke", you'll get it.

The 4th joke, "A Christmas Joke", has continued the series after its final main installment. The 5th joke, "A RWBY Joke" has been added in February 2015. "A reenacted Joke", the 6th joke, has been added on April 1st 2015. April 2016 brought you "A Joke of Misfortune" (7th installment) and "A Demonic Joke" (8th installment). The ninth installment, "A cold joke" is set to appear eventually.

On Hold:

- Touhou: "Negative Bullet Project"-Series (NBP), "Book II - Negative Mind" (II-NM): It's been twenty years since he has last set foot into Gensokyo. He has changed, but so has the land. And as he finally returns to the land of fantasy and forgotten things, he sets a chain of events into motion that threatens the peace anew. Only this time, he cannot do a thing. His homecoming draws closer, but is it really a good idea to return to the place you have abandoned?

RWBY: "Heritage": Set after Volume 4, as an AU to Volume 5 and on, this story follows Yang as she arrives in Mistral in search for Ruby and what has remained of JNPR. Even broken and still attempting to find her way back into her old life, however, she can't help but be a magnet for trouble, and before she knows, she has made new enemies. That she will gain more than she ever thought possible from this, however, was not something she'd ever expect...

- Warframe: "Disfigured"-Series: The story of the berserker Valkyr. How she came to be, and how she learned to accept who she had become. As of now, two installments, but is planned to have five in the end. Possibility for more exists as the story of Warframe unfolds.
