![]() Author has written 10 stories for Artemis Fowl, and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. AceFangirl Age: 16 Gender: Female (I'm kinda hoping you could figure that part out on your own though...) Hey I'm AceFangirl, but most people call me Ace. A couple years ago I wrote a piece for the amazing book series Artemis Fowl, but if I'm known for anything on this site it's probably my Ace Attorney fan fictions. I've loved the game series for a few years now, played everything released in the United States. (If you catch my drift, Capcom). So far this has lead to Unusual Punishment, it's sequel Green-ix Wright Rises from the Ashes, Turnabout Sparks, the sequel Exorcising the Demon Prosecutor, The Devil, and Clashing Swords. I've also posted an AU known as Dahlia Fey: Turnabout Weird, but all the credit goes to supersexyghotmew95 for that one. Currently I'm working on two stories. One is the final installment to the Sparks trilogy, which is coming soon, and the other is The Art of Turnabout. This is a collaboration story between me and High Inquisitor Darkblaw and it's in progress as of right now! So here's a quick little passage about me and fascinating life. [Grab a chair, folks. ;)P] I'm a homeschooler, though I am going to take a few community college classes in the near future. My goal is to become a therapist, which is why I spend a lot of time reading psychology articles. It's really interesting, you know? I have a few hobbies, but usually I'd rather just lay on the stairs and do nothing (I like laying on the stairs, I can't be the only one! ... Right? XD). I'm a big music person. I listen to AA OSTs, soundtracks from various animes, Nightwish, Muse, Paramore, Evanescence, Halestorm, Rob Zombie, Lindsey Stirling (I totally have a weakness for violins), SirHamnet, adrisaurus and LeeandLie songs. And lately I've kinda been extremely obsessed with Vocaloid music. (iNSaNiTY, anyone?) My favorite AA character would either be Kay Faraday or Miles Edgeworth. Some of my favorite AA songs would be True Evening of Grief, Light and Shadow at the Film Studio, Swept Away Turnabout (Overture to Kidnapping), T&T Cross-Examination Allegro, The Bitter Taste of Truth, and Kay Faraday - Great Truth Burglar. But in no particular order. Turnabout Sparks and Exorcising the Demon Prosecutor both feature my OC, Maria Coldstare. She's been described as a female Edgeworth, but with her own flairs that make her unique. In accordance with the upcoming Dual Destinies, I've figured out where everything in these stories squeeze into the timeline. It's in between AJ and DD, and if you know what to look for you might notice how in Exorcising I kind of hint at DD. No spoilers though, if you don't know what to look for you won't notice it. I wrote my first fan fiction about 4 years ago, and frankly I should really delete that old thing. It's terrible, please don't read it. I'm not being hard on myself, it's genuinely bad. I was kind of new to the Artemis Fowl series at the time, so I didn't have all the details about the Hamburg Incident. So it is inaccurate, random, probably out of character, and I just simply wasn't as good a writer back then. I think we can all say that about ourselves though. XD After the "Hamburg Incident" Incident, I didn't really think twice about fan fiction. Then I was introduced to the greatest mystery game ever, Ace Attorney. Just like that, I had enough headcanon to fill two heads. Even with the outlet of fan fiction, it was on my mind constantly. I'm not exaggerating, it was the first thing on my mind when I woke up and the last thing I thought of before I went to bed. Then I met a cute boy... XD Writing AA fan fiction has been a really great experience for me. Not just because I get to share and read about all these different ideas surrounding the games, I also get to meet a lot of great people that love those games just as much as I do. At first I didn't really try too hard to actually talk to anyone, even actively avoided conversations with people because I didn't know what to say. Then it dawned on me that these people were awesome, so I came out of my shell a little bit and made some good friends that also happened to be good authors. I even worked up the nerve to actually start conversations! Which is how I got to know some great people, like the amazing High Inquisitor Darkblaw. I really liked his stories, and based on his profile he seemed like a nice guy. So I figured I'd try to be his friend. Then I actually got to know him, only to discover that he was more than just nice. Amazing in general, actually. I can't imagine a day without him now. *blush* Well, that's enough about me! Feel free to read one of my stories, or someone else's if you prefer! Have a great day! :D |
