I thought it was a good idea to start with one of my favourites quotes, which is also words I try and enjoy to live after. They were written by the genius J.R.R Tolkien, and spoken by our beloved hobbit Bilbo Baggins.

I am Midnight Custard, or Custard for short. It has now been five years since I stepped into the wonderful and sometimes frightening world of Fanfiction and slash/boylove/yaoi. That door was opened by my close friend Trollet. So I'm a five-year-old closet-faghag. It started with my favourite books and movies through all times; Lord of the Rings.

December 2010 I decided to start writing myself, and made this account. The fandom I chose was the manga/animé Ouran High School Host Club. The lovely, weird world of manga and animé was shown to me by another friend, El Linjo. This fall I started watching Soul Eater and it became the newest part of my FF-world.

That was my fan fiction history I guess. Not very exciting.

My stories:

Ouran:

We flourish in the shadow (completed): My first story, a chapter story of 13 chapters. "Kyouya asks the twins to kiss during Host club. He of course wants to gain more money on them, but is that the only reason? Could it be that the mighty shadow king is actually falling for the devious brothers? Hikaru/Kaoru, Twins/Kyouya."

You're going to meet a tall, dark stranger (completed): A random, smutty oneshot I came up with while walking to the store to buy groceries. "Kaoru is all alone a dark Saturday night. Dressed in his sweatpants and with Beethoven booming in his headset, he goes to the cellar to do some laundry. Will he get out alive? YAOI, BDSM"

The king of shadows and his small devils (on hold): A request series where I wrote lemons that my readers requested, only with the characters Kyouya, Hikaru and Kaoru.

Shadows in the attic (on hold): "Sequel to We flourish in the shadow. Kyouya, Hikaru and Kaoru now live together in an attic storey, ignorant of what the rest of the world thinks. Unfortunately, the rest of the world will not leave them alone." Ideas anyone? I'm stuck.

Then Lightning Strikes (In process): I wanted to write an adventurous story with lots of magic and fights! So I did. This is an AU and takes place in the world Zenbi. Our main characters are as usual the lovely Hikaru and Kaoru Hitachiin. "After getting hit by lightning, Hikaru wakes up in a cottage. He is surrounded by the Host Club, but no one knows who he is. Is it a dream? If it is, then he doesn't want to wake up. Hikaru/Kaoru Alternative Universe"

How and why to get inside Kaoru's pants (completed): I had been home sick for a long time and read so many sad Ouran stories that I almost jumped from the balcony. Instead I started one of the silliest story I've ever written. "Kyouya is going crazy. He desperately needs to bed the younger Hitachiin, and soon. So, he makes a list and a battle plan. Kyouya/Kaoru in the second part."

Christmas gift (completed): Just a little one-shot for Christmas time. No lemon. Hikaru/Kaoru as usual. "And so, he found himself in Ney York on Christmas Eve. In his top-notch suite on the twentieth something floor. By himself."

Soul Eater:

Cheese burns (completed): I ate a ham and cheese pie the other day. Burnt my mouth so badly I couldn't eat for a day. Inspiration comes from all kinds of weird directions... "Why couldn't he have listened to Maka? Hadn't these many, long years of teamwork taught him that the bookworm always was right? Whenever he ignored her advices it always came back to bite him in the ass. Like now. Oneshot, Kid/Soul"
