Bonjour, mesdemoiselles, mesdames, et messieurs !

I'm Vu par un Ange -- A young woman obsessed with musicals, music, old antebellum-period movies, and words! Ah, words, how I love thee.

Anyway... I guess there's not much about me worth telling besides the fact that I play any musical instrument you will put in my hands... It's kind of creepy at times, the ability I have to pick something up and play it. But it's thrilling, too. Unlike anything else, truly. Let's see, I play (as in really have studied extensively) the flute, clarinet, piano, soprano saxophone, and guitar... And I've made passable tunes on the trumpet, french horn, oboe, and alto saxophone. In case you haven't gathered, music is one of my loves. I also love the smell of a really old, well cared-for book. Nothing beats opening a cover and losing yourself to another world.

I fell in love with the story of Phantom when I was young and saw the 2004 movie : the little girl in me loved the fact that two men were constantly crooning my name. ("Christine, I love you...") I then read the book and saw the stage show, and the obsession continues today.

Hmm, interesting things about me... I speak English and French, and I am studying Russian, Icelandic, Portuguese, and Italian. I'm one of those old-fashioned people who writes everything in cursive by hand first before typing it. I have a gray tabby cat and she is an amazing listener, whether I am singing, playing something, or just talking. And she knows when to tell me to be quiet. And above all, I am a Christian who is devoted to following the teachings of Jesus Christ our Lord.
