The only reason I set up this account is because I love reading .. absolutely adore it.. It is the escape my mind yearns when shit is flying at sonic speeds towards rotating propellers and the only thing I am allowed to do is watch helplessly .. Well, I found a backdoor .. and fanfiction has been rather a strong part of the gravitational pull that emanates from that back door..

This account is a dedication to all the many, many favorites I have had over the years and their ability to make me laugh, cry, quiver, crow in delight, hyperventilate as well as giggle helplessly as I try to choke back inappropriately loud responses while hugging my laptop to myself like a gleeful secret.

-- While all of the above still remains true.. I'm currently dabbling in writing drabbles.. And I just posted the first one! Fingers crossed that more of those work out...

PS: Must give credit where credit is due .. Doro.neko first gave me the idea for an account where I could hoard all of my favorites so I could go back to them time and again to take them out and examine them whenever I felt the need to revisit .. :)

UPDATE (July 2014)

So, some people messaged me regarding continuing the writing of The Way We Are ... and I wanted to take the time to acknowledge their support and thank them for their encouragement and patience. It has been a while since I've come back here to post anything ... and the only thing I can say for that is that RL happened. I've recently found the inspiration to continue what began quite a while back, and some cosmic magic happened to land some time in my lap so that I might actually have the opportunity to give that inspiration shape. As badly as I didn't want to rush the ending, I think I might be able to put things together this time so that they find a conclusion satisfactorily. Again, my thanks to those who have stuck it out this long, and to those who're just finding my work .. I'm hoping there'll be more of it soon .. (fingers still crossed) :)
