Poem of Pen
I am a writer, a writer with a pen.
I don't question others, women nor men.
I write fanfiction, gladly, it's nothing more then that.
but apparently I'm out of line, apparently that's bad.
I don't write about realistic stuff
but I get tied up, in rules' dirty cuffs.
They say I'm bad and it's not allowed.
But is doing what I love really my fault?
I will stop, drop the pen, if I hurt anyone
but what can I do, when I'm not really wrong?
Don't sue me, don't flame me, don't report me for who I am.
Not because I'm a writer, a lunatic, a fan.
But because doing what you love, should never be declined.
It chould be charished and loved, hating ruins the mind.

I, silvereyed angel, am against hating, flaming and unverified reporting. It hurts a writer, more then the hater could ever see. We put our love, tears and souls into our stories. That should not be held back. That should be encouraged with appreciation and building critique.

If you read it, review it.
Every author here, regardless of skill, aim, story type, or grammar is looking for feedback from his or her works. If you like it, tell them why. If you don't like it, tell them why. And no author is looking for flamers to drop them a pointless 'u suck' review. If you believe in these tenets, copy and paste it into your profile. Spread the love. Spread the reviews.

Stop the Pairing Wars!
Respect other pairings and the people that like them. You shalt not insult them, explain why they can't be together, or say that they would rather be with someone else. You shalt have your opinions but shalt not insult pairings. You shalt avoid them if you hate them. You shalt keep an open mind about stories even if you despise the pairing.

No matter how old I am, I will always stay five inside

I am that girl.
I am the girl that people look through when I say something. I am the girl that spends most of her free time reading, writing, or doing other activities that most teenagers wouldn't call normal. I am the girl that people call weird, and a freak, either behind my back, or to my face. I am the girl that doesn't spend all her time on MySpace, or talking to a girlfriend on a cellphone or regular phone. I am the girl that stopped to smell the flowers and jump and splash in the rain.

But I am also the girl who knows and is proud of who she is, doesn't care if people call her weird (it's a compliment), who loves reading and writing and doing things no one seems to have the time to do anymore, who loves and is obsessed with Music. Who can express herself better without words than with words, and knows the importance of the little things.

You know you're a writer when:

- You tell stories in your head, as if you're writing it down. (not just in my head, I talk em out out loud)
- When someone asks you something about a book or its characters, you go off on a half-hour tangent about a plot-bunny that came into your head about said character/book. (if the other is interested, even longer)
- You already know who your first book is going to be dedicated to. (yes, I do, as a matter of fact.. some really cool people down here)
- When someone asks you what you want to be when you get older, there's no hesitation when you automatically reply "A novelist." (without missing a beat)
- You get sidetracked easily, and often break off mid-conversation to talk about something else, but can sit and read/write for hours on end, no matter how much chaos is happening around you. (I zone out at random moments, but nobody can pick me from my screen when writing)
- You don't want kids because they would take away from your reading/writing time. (My kids will be like me, independent)
- You put off homework/going to work so that you can finish reading/writing a story. (guess what I should be doing RIGHT NOW)
- You have a pen and paper next to your bed so you don't have to get up and find one when you have inspirations in the middle of the night. (also in my bags, in the bathroom, living room, kitchen, my locker...)
