Peripatete, wishful thinker, nerd. Have lived and worked in several corners of the world: US, UK, UAE, Thailand (I know, it completely ruins the U- wountries, but while I've BEEN to Uganda, I've never worked there). I cannot decide what to do with my life, and so in the meantime I teach English as a second/foreign language.

I also aspire to write my own fiction and nonfiction, and I work mostly on editorials on any number of subjects. I'm currently involved in ongoing research for a someday-not-yet doctoral thesis, and Harry Potter's really just my own private writing playground.

I haven't written any fan fiction in years and years, but lately I've been getting back into it. So far I have 2 1/2 stories, and I have begun a fic in a new universe (oh my god!) - BBC Sherlock.
