Me, Myself and I

You can call me Luin or Lu, I'm from Germany and I'm a passionate reader. My favourite German author is Wolfgang Hohlbein, especially his "Hexer"-Saga and the "Templerin"-series. My favourite British author is - who else - J.K. Rowling, and I love the "Highland-Saga" of Diana Gabaldon (American), although I've only read it in German so far, as well as the "Twilight" series by Stephenie Meyer - all of which I know thanks to my sister.

My works

Everything began (more or less) with a poem about the Fellowship of the Ring in my English class in grammar school.

From there I moved on to Harry Potter where I wrote various chaptered stories, one-shots and poems (not all of them published here) before discovering Twilight for me and my muse. However, after starting two relatively big projects, my muse quickly lost interest again, so not much has gotten written (much less published).

And then I got introduced to the world of giant alien robots in March 2011 (once again courtesy of my sister). After reading the combined works of Botosphere, my muse was (literally) reborn, and we started writing "Lyra" - which is currently on hold but will be finished - as well as planning its sequels.

I have several projects in the works, but I'm currently busy with research for another Twilight story. Turned out that the subject at hand is much more complex than I first thought, so my muse has therefore taken a long vacation. I plan on publishing and/or updating again, but for now, consider me on hiatus.
