'Sup, guys. I'm Ariel (formerly, Cat). I haven't been active on here in AGES, but I decided to leave my stories up for you guys to peruse if you'd like. :)

The first story I ever submitted was Breeze, so it's absolutely riddled with spelling and grammatical errors (I was twelve when I began writing it and was far too shy to submit it to a beta for further proofreading).

The latest story I've submitted is Grub (*still underwhelming in terms of correctly used punctuation, as well as vocabulary (only a little though; ye olde English is difficult at times (says older me to 2010 me, lol!))). While I hold this story so dear (I'd always dreamed of writing a LotR fic of any caliber), I've found myself unable to progress the plot any further for the time being. I hate it too, but I hope that those who read it and enjoy it will come to forgive me in due time for my flaky behavior. I hope to finish it someday!

Every once in a while I give this site a visit! I am hoping to rekindle the spark within myself that was once devoted to personal writing (fan fiction is definitely included!), so in the meantime, please contact me at fictionmagician@ in case of any questions, comments, or concerns that have not yet been addressed in a timely manner. I'm sorry for any inconveniences and I hope you all can enjoy what I do have posted here! :)

UPDATES:

10/19/2016: I have officially started from the VERY beginning of my LotR fic, Grub, and am going through it to make what I feel are drastic and well-needed changes in general word choice and corrections regarding grammar and punctuation use. From there, I hope to continue Grub until the story reveals its completion. Thank you to every single one of you who have remained subscribed to this story, essentially waiting on me to get my act together. But I am happy to say that it is coming together, albeit steadily, and I can't wait to bring you all more of the content you've told me you really wanted! xoxo, Plaidi (Ari)
