I'm female and from the UK.

I work in retail but after much debate I've found my passion lies in writing, time will tell if I've got the talent to get anywhere in this field and at the moment I treat it as a hobby.

I love researching history for my stories and although some of it may not be fully factual I try my best.

I'm an Old West fanatic! I could study the Wild West all the live-long day and not get a inch bored. I also love historical stories, ghost stories, legends, myths and dark romance! The darker the better ;)

I also have a huge passion for Asian (Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Thai) cinema and dramas.

I love mysterious characters, I love 'evil' people being explored. I hate black and white explanations, I like grey areas!

I dislike characters being OOC, I like to write and read things that stick to canon in terms of what makes them who they are. Exploring it further from there is good but otherwise big ol' thumbs down for me.

The best advice I have been given: 'Some people are like apples; shiny, welcoming with a harmless look to them. But inside the flesh will be bitter, the core could be rotten and a wasp may be waiting to sting you. Never bite into the apple without knowing what dwells within.' In other words people are good at hiding what's inside them, never judge at face value and don't believe what they present themselves to be giving away your friendship, heart or soul without knowing what's underneath.

As for my own writing, I had never really written properly before taking up writing fanfiction, in my teenage years I wrote quite a few fan fics for Young Guns and The Lost Boys but didn't have a clue that it was fan fiction, and to be honest they were pretty crappy. So, hopefully I've improved but I'm still learning and mainly writing because I enjoy it. I know full well I'm not a great writer and, but I enjoy putting my ideas to keyboard and I'm very happy if anyone thinks a story I wrote is any good.
