Hello, there, everyone!

My real name is Chryss (pronounced Chris). I'm female, born 11/1949 and live in Colorado. Beautiful state!

I write and read only Star Wars fanfics, since I fell in love with the story back in the 70s. I've always felt it was too bad George didn't film an alternate ending to ROTS for those of us who would have loved it. Oh, well, that's what our stories are for. ;) (I expect he would have flubbed it, anyway.)

I've found lots of great stories here and I know I'll discover many more. Thanks to all who write fantastically so we can spend some time in our favorite GFFA.

By the way, I recommend ruth baulding stories to anyone who loves Star Wars. She paints with her words, so you can envision everything in her stories; they are absolutely fantastic!

Regarding "Shattered Mission", I'm really floundering with it. I'm pretty sure how I want it to end, but getting there is being very difficult. I could just hurry up and finish it, but that wouldn't be my best effort. I've never taken any writing courses, so I do tend to worry and angst over writing. (Is "angst" a verb???) I hope the story's followers don't give up, as I appear to have done. I do want to finish Shattered Mission, but it's a long time coming.

Any interesting plot suggestions out there for this story? I'm open to ideas. PM me, please.

Shattered Mission Status
I haven't been happy with the way the story was going, and couldn't figure out what to do with it, and I'm afraid I just let it hang there. I started Shattered Mission on my old SW site, the almost complete work (all but the epilogue) is there, last updated in 2007. I had planned to have Obi-Wan return to Janelle to finally have a lasting love for him. I still plan to have it end that way, as I do love a happy ending. If you do go there to read it, I'd be pleased to know what you think in a review here on .
