Aisha Clan Clan (Kitty! But seriously, I actually LOVE her voice in the english version. No idea why, but it's most likely because she was the main reason I got into cat girls. o.o) 2. Shampoo 3. Mizore (Gasp! Stripe panties and a cute voice. God, I love the Japanese.) 4. Natsuki (She's a cat too, but she doesn't have tan skin. Still one of my favorites though) 5. Konata (An anime about an anime nerd? Swe-e-e-et!) It's been awhile since I came to Fanfiction-- 'bout five years to be exact. My early works were dreadful self-insertions, because I found them to be unique and it was a fairly popular writting idea back then. But after awhile, people started to dismiss and even LOATHED them, so much so, that they wouldn't even give the first chapter a glance, even if you paid them. So I destroyed my early works (Thank you lord) and started from scratch. Although I do still have this nasty habit of writting only stories about OC's. I guess it's the only real way for me to be able to stay closely connected with my characters, which isn't a bad idea, but when you start to favor one guy over everyone else, then that'll lead to some pretty bland story telling. Another nasty habit is that whenever I start on one story, my brain starts to get ahead of my hand and by that I mean: it pretty much sums up the story from beginning to end. The middle part is always fuzzy, but a few decent ideas come to mind. But here in lies the problem: IDEAS. Ideas are normally a great way to start a story, you're free to do whatever you want in your own imagination, but when it comes to showing it to other people, you have to make sure there's enough room left for reason. My main problem is that I always get too MANY ideas for one story. In fact, I get so many of them, that I start to get side-tracked and suddenly want to start another story, even though my first one isn't done. Bad, creative thinking, bad! I know I'm not the only one that's experienced such problems, but still, it's very fustrating and I hate seeing all of the stories I've written over the years collect dust in my writting folder, but at the same time, I refuse to leave an unfinished story on here. It's just not GROOVY baby. Over the years, I've read a ton of fanfics on here. Some terriable, others stupendous, even today, with new games and anime coming out. I still find a few talented writers out there, expressing their own unique worlds through their own writting style. I envy them so much, and I want to be apart of it, yet this problem of mine continues to contest with me! The stories in my favorites section aren't just for show. I always carefully select the ones I find well written and have fairly interesting story ideas. Some of these authors can make their characters come alive, others can make impossible situations you could only think of after watching an action movie, and some are simply witty and charming. XD I want to write like these kind of people. I want my characters to feel real, act real, and live in a world that's REAL. . . Well, at least a world with real life situations that are handled accordingly. *Sighs* It's times like these I wished I'd kept up my drawing skills as a child, otherwise I'd be able to draw the characters on paper, and end up with something like this guy/gal: http:///art/Anti-Aisha-ChildEatingMonster-13050846 Too bad, the only character I can draw now is a stick man with a mustache or some disfigured boobs. O_o Hmm, one thing I do find troubling with my writting style is that I find my vocabulary and my punctuation are lacking. I've tried to enlist the help of Beta-Readers to fix this, but I've come to find that they're unreliable. So I'm forced to work on my stories by myself, causing me to grow weary, since it's a lot of work to fix up what you already wrote. Hmm. . . It's been a long time since I wrote this much on my profile. Wonder where I got all of this from? Fallout: Equestria Luna vs The Microwave The Night That Never Ended SLEIPNIR Xenophilia My Better Life Sophistication and Betrayal And there are still so many more popping up I haven't mentioned. Oh My god. The inspiration this little comic gave me. Its Unfeckin' believable! I must make this a reality, I must! FOR PONY! |
