So...if fanfic is right, I haven't updated this thing in almost a year.

Yeah, I can't really point to a specific reason why- though I would kinda like to apologize for whatever those reasons are.

It might've been that I started working mainly- by which it's more accurate to just say completely- on my Mass Effect series instead. Or it might be that I ended up losing interest in dueling for a while, at least with Mark's deck.

That last one might actually be the reason- the fact is that my dueling strategy has changed so much in the past however long it's been that Mark's deck just doesn't feel like mine anymore- aside from a few cards I really do have anyway. Some I got kinda because I liked them and Mark had them, some I had before- I'm off topic now.

Okay, just to cut to the chase: Bad news is I'm probably going to end this series.

Good News is I'm going to start a new one, or kinda heavily rewrite ANS. Now, let me be clear- it is not going to be much like this version was. I've got a better idea what I want to do- I think- Mark's decks will be different and more accurate to my real decks, and besides which I want to skip parts of this.

The first bit might be similar as far as plot goes, but the duels will be a lot different I think. Okay, now I might be rambling.

Point is, I'm putting this up, and basically calling full stop on the original version of this fic, so I can start working on a new version. If you want, think of this version as the pilot. I pitched it, people liked it, now to make the real one.

Anyway, I'm going to start work on the first chapter of the new fic now. It should hopefully be out later today, but I'm aiming for tuesday at the latest.
