Pidge decides to take a page out of Lance's book and protects him. But that turns out not working so well, because apparently size does matter, and now they're both injured. The most they can do is comfort each other and keep themselves awake until rescue arrives.

The only fate worse than being tortured to death is watching, helpless, while the person you love most takes your place.

On their way to form an important alliance, Shiro, Keith, and Allura are forced to crash when their lions malfunction far from the alien city. Their Altean technology stops working, leaving them stranded without weapons or a way to contact the Castleship. And to make things worse, Shiro is falling ill to an unknown cause... (Gen. It takes one moment of hesitation from Lance during battle to nearly cost him his life. But even after his physical wound has healed, it takes much longer for his soul to recover as he reflects on his role as a paladin and the consequences of war.

On a simple intel mission, the five paladins of Voltron face a dark discovery. Or... Lance gets slightly more wounded than he first anticipated. Rated T for violence. No ships; all platonic. One-shot.

Lance was missing for nearly a week. When he returns he's exhausted, poisoned… and has a bunch of freed prisoners in tow. There are so many questions but answers aren't so easy to come by. But, Allura is finding, easy is overrated, and learning through the stories from the prisoners about how Lance saved them with his smile and strength is a much better course of action.

"Lance, st-stop," Hunk moaned, stumbling and splattering crimson upon the snow. "I c-can't…" The rest of his words trailed off as spots danced in his vision. "No!" Lance dug his hands into Hunk's vest. "Don't you dare." / Hunk and Lance are stranded in an icy wasteland but the cold is the least of their problems. Because the huge, hungry creature chasing the? They're in trouble.

There were murmured, familiar voices when Lance awoke that quieted almost immediately when he blinked open his eyes. "Easy," someone soothed as he tried to sit up. Someone familiar. Lance gasped. "Mamá?" Because somehow... somehow he was home. / Lance is injured in a fight against the Galra and wakes to find himself in the care of his family. But how did he wind up back on Earth?

"The Blue and Green Paladins serve no purpose to the Empire," the Galran commander smirked at his bound captives. "And as such you have no use except as arena fodder." He chuckled. "Give us a good show before you die." / Lance is determined to protect Pidge and save her from the arena. She will not die here. Over his dead body. Hopefully it's not quite that literal of a promise.

During an invasion on the castleship, Shiro and Lance get attacked in the lower levels, surrounded by Zarkon's soldiers. Wisps of smoke and rubble pile underneath Shiro's feet, stretching from all corners of his vision. He has no idea if Lance can hear him, not without the communications gear in Lance's armor. /Canon AU. Shance. Oneshot.

The paladins are heading back to the Castle of Lions after another successful mission when Shiro suddenly realizes that something is wrong. Lance isn't responding on the comms.

Being an amputee with a prosthetic limb is difficult enough. Having a solid metal alien prosthetic forced on you by another species entirely is even worse. Or: Five times Shiro's Galra arm caused him trouble in some way and another member of the team helped him out with it, and the one time the same arm is the only reason any of them survive. Friendship only, no pairings.

The man didn't even have the decency to appear upset over the death of his partner of five years. Hayes was plenty affected for both men; he was with Desoto as he drew his last breath.

Robin is trapped in a bank vault with no air. Nightwing comes to the rescue but is it soon enough? The Bat family will pull together to overcome obstacles in the hopes of getting life back to normal.

COMPLETE: As one agent fights for his life and another fights for control of his own mind, the rest of the crippled team must focus on solving the crime and stopping an impending attack on a Navy ship. *Not the best summary but anyway, no ships, just team love.
