 Author has written 28 stories for Thunderbirds. Hello! My name is Celestial Tiger aka CT! I am a huge fan-fic lover, though I tend to do more writing than reading. (Mainly because I'm a slow reader and I can type faster than I can read XP ) My absolutely number one favorite show to read and write about is Yoroiden Samurai Troopers/Ronin Warriors. Actually that's pretty much the only show I've written fan-fics for...at least the ones I'm willing to show others. I'm also a huge fan of (but not limited to) Naruto, Bleach, Rurouni Kenshin, xxxHolic, Fullmetal Alchemist, Fruits Basket, Escaflowne, Cowboy Bebop, Fushigi Yuugi, Detective Conan, Ouran Host Club, Here is Greenwood, etc. etc. However, I actually came to this site, and registered not for any of those shows, but for another one that I absolutely love. Thunderbirds. I had heard of the show growing up, but didn't really get into until about 2004/2005 when I was living in Japan. I love Japanese and watching Japanese shows (one thing I've missed after moving back to the states) but it was nice to occasionally watch something in English and in the small town in which I lived that was the Thunderbirds at around 1am each week. Sometimes I would stay up to watch it, and other times I would tape it. Either way I was hooked. I ordered the entire TV series and the movies and had my mom ship them to Japan. Then I was wandering around the video store and found that they had made a new movie! So exciting! I liked the movie (even with the changes they made, it was cute), and I watched the TV series several times. However, I had never thought about writing a fan-fic with them even though they would occationally play around in my head. That was until last month. Not being active in the fandom or anything, I had no idea there was a new series until I went to Amazon to watch something and bam, I was hooked all over again. I don't know why the urge to write a fan-fic is suddenly there, but it is. :/ I don't know how much I'll write, but I plan to read a lot. I hope you'll like anything I post, but I'll warn you, I can be quite mean to the boys I like. Which, unfortunately, is all of them. D |
