![]() Author has written 82 stories for NCIS: Los Angeles. My favorite character is Marty Deeks. He is the main focus of all of my stories. I have enjoyed creating a backstory for him and delving into his childhood. I also love seeing what trouble he can get into and how the other members of the team respond to him and help him. Deeks and Kensi are a couple in my stories, and all my characters express more emotion than on the show which allows me to add more depth to their relationships. I like psychological drama and I explore that using Deeks. I have created several original characters who inhabit my stories from time to time, some good guys and some very, very bad guys. Hope you enjoy getting to know them. I am a visual person, and have had a long career in graphic design, and writing is now my creative outlet. As you all know, the characters from NCIS:LA are not mine, but the property of their creator Shane Brennan, the writers and CBS, and I thank them every day for creating Marty Deeks and for hiring Eric Christian Olsen for the part. I do lay claim exclusively to my original characters, George and Joe Atwood; Elan Hand, and his long lost son, Soldier; Jim Littleshield; and Lily Roche. I also can't forget Pete Archuleta or Miguel Rodriquez, otherwise known as Miggy, and the Rafferty family, especially Mick, otherwise known as Raffy. The Atwood Chronicles I have created a series of multi-chapter stories I call The Atwood Chronicles, during which Deeks unexpectedly finds a family. In this alternate universe, his mother died when he was just a teenager, so he is a loner. These stories are not canon, but the characters remain very similar to those on the series. Each story is a creation all my own and are connected to each other in an overarching storyline. They are listed below in the order in which they were written: Judgement: Deeks finds himself alone on a mission after the team is ambushed. Vengeance: Sequel to Judgement. The team is on alert after Deeks is threatened. Promises to Keep: Deeks is assigned to guard a little girl. Third story in the trilogy. Crossroads: Deeks and Kensi go to Santa Fe with Arapaho Elan Hand to search for his long lost son. Yesterday's Fire (This is a look at Deeks, Kensi, Callen and Sam, and the Atwoods as they might have been in old west Wyoming in the 1880's) Brotherhood: One of their own is missing and they struggle to find him before its too late. Breakthrough: A sequel to Brotherhood. Deeks discovers what happened in his last assignment follows him home, making him come to a decision about his future with Kensi. Choices: Deeks and Kensi return to the Atwood Ranch in Wyoming and become embroiled in the interactions between Elan Hand’s teenage son Soldier, and a wealthy local family. |
