I am a 42 year old ‘wizard’ and I have been hooked to the Harry Potter world from the time the first book hit the shelves. I always loved a good story and JKR did a good job in telling a riveting tale. It is my personal opinion that she lost the plot in the ‘Half Blood Prince’, the beginning of the tale starting with Harry and Hermione’s fight over the potions book had a great way to bring them together. Ginny was always the little sister of his sidekick, and if JKR wanted her to be the Hero’s princess, then her character should have been developed more.

JKR herself acknowledged that she had thoughts of killing Ron, even without him being dead, Harry and Hermione were characterized to be the two heroes of the tale. As fairy tale endings go the hero gets the heroine and that was the lacking in both ‘Half Blood Prince’ and ‘Deathly Hallows’. The rapport they enjoyed through the first four books and even in the fifth book was excellent. This was suddenly gone in the sixth book and that too just to introduce a relationship with a jealous person. I always thought that JKR had a debt to pay to the Weasley family and so ended up making it ‘one big happy Weasley family’.

I write for my own pleasure but if someone else agrees with my ideas, then I greatly appreciate it. Sorry folks my writing will be mostly based on a Harry and Hermione relationship, I will not overly bash any of the characters, yes even Dumbledore.

It has been a while since I made any effort towards my stories. Having recovered from my illness, I had a lot of things to do and finding the time and motivation to write was difficult. I have a few story ideas and 'Crusade' to finish. Crusade is undergoing massive reconstruction as I think there would be too many flashbacks in the present format and I did not want that. I am in the process of modifying it and will post the revised chapters as soon as I am done which may be a couple of months. Thank you all for your patience and patronage.
