Hi, my name is Jessica, and I'm 17 years old.

I am insanely obsessed with books. And TV. And Musicals. It gets to the point where people are telling me to focus on real life. Apparently my personality is similar to that of Sheldon Cooper, though I take that as a complement. Personally, real life isn't very interesting, so I turn to fantasy.

I have a varied music taste: Adam Lambert, Coldplay, Snow Patrol, P!nk, Ramin Karimloo, Sierra Boggess, Ron Pope, Rufus Wainwright, Rascal Flatts, Darren Criss, Scissor Sisters, movie soundtracks and musical soundtracks.

Books: Anything really. Inheritance Cycle, Harry Potter, Mortal Instruments, Infernal Devices, Mists of Avalon, Otori Trilogy, Percy Jackson, Septimus Heap, Artemis Fowl, The Great Gatsby, Wuthering Heights, Rebecca, Wild Swans.

Films/TV: Pirates of the Caribbean (all), Harry Potter (all), Doctor Who, Supernatural, The Big Bang Theory, Scrubs, Merlin, The Island, Moulin Rouge!, Star Wars, St Trinians (the old ones), NCIS, RENT, anything with Audrey Hepburn in it, The Gods Must Be Crazy I,

Musicals: (I haven't been fortunate to see many, but I have seen Phantom of the Opera, We Will Rock You, Wicked, Sweet Charity, Lion King, and of course AVPM, AVPS and Starship.) I also bought the Rent filmed live on Broadway so in a way I feel like I've seen it, just not actually been there. It's still the stage version and that's what counts to me.

What else is there? I love anything Chinese, Classical Greek, Roman, or Egyptian. I am a supporter of equality, gay rights, etc. I'm mainly posting stories just to improve my writing, and also just to try it. After reading fan fiction for years I want to give it a shot.

School and home life is rendering it difficult to find the time to write, but I will try and get something down soon, just not sure when at the moment. I'm really sorry about the ridiculous wait.
