![]() Author has written 25 stories for Super Smash Brothers, Naruto, Once Upon a Time, How to Train Your Dragon, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Howl's Moving Castle, Legend of Zelda, and Professor Layton. [Formerly Nagareboshi Star] 08/12/14 I thought it it might be time to edit this section, m'dears. So, for any of you who are curious as to who I am, well, what can I say? I am a very easily inspired, crazy-minded, eccentric person with a similar problem to Haruno Sakura - I get a lot of attention because of my hair ;P As a lover of fantasy, romance, action, mystery and anything with a moral and a heart-touching, or comical, atmosphere to it you will find it no surprise that that's usually the genre's I like to place into my works, unless some other inspiration strikes. The fanfictions I post here are usually about Series/Books/Movies that I'm highly passionate about, although there are still many other things I love too. Writing, Arts, Music are all a need in my life. Sometimes I feel like a retard wrote this, and in the end, I must admit, that is most likely even the case. What can I say about why I write? Well, for any that are actually interested; I am fascinated by the sheer artistry in articulating oneself in written form so much that it leaves me hanging on a moment every time. When I discover a brilliant author's work and lose myself in their vocabulary I often question my own style and try to imagine beyond the barriers that, naturally, each of us has set around themselves at some degree. Writing is as much of an art to me as painting and drawing; both hobbies I follow with love. I guess it is the fact that, with words, you can create worlds and settings so out of the norm, not to be found in "reality" that you are capable of yearning for something more than daily life. Creating a plot with characters that each of us visualizes so uniquely is my goal (think of Tolkien!) and for me, is one of the greatest achievements one can strive for when writing. Or really the greatest achievement. I notice I am starting to ramble; sorry about that. Put in simpler and shorter to-the-point words: I love writing with a passion and an emotion behind it. Every work I read must have that passion and emotion within it so that I can feel the characters, as if I were one of them. Empathy is my strength. Do also know that every review is highly desired and appreciated. I hope I do not sound rude, but I'm a review-whore. The more the merrier; I love to know that, even if it is just a word or two, my readers are there, my readers like what I write, that they appreciate and they want me to continue. A simple "cool" or "can't wait until the next chapter" is already sufficient to show me this person took their time to show their appreciation. It can make a whole day brighter, believe it or not. Reviews are the essence that motivate me to continue writing, so please, respect everyone's work by leaving at least a word or two afterwards. I do - I honestly do. Ask anyone who's work I have read. I would feel awful not to. Anywho, here to some other stuff you might be interested in: my inspirations/interests. Inspirations and Interests: The Legend of Zelda would rank top of the list among others, I'd say. Or actually; it is number one. I grew up with LOZ. If you want to know more, PM me. I can lose myself in talks about LOZ, honestly. Next would come various things, such as Naruto, One Piece, How To Train Your Dragon, every single Hayao Miyazaki/Ghibli movie(!!), Many of the classical Disney works, but also newer ones, and DreamWorks. Nintendo in general is an inspiration - Mario, Yoshi, Pokemon...etc. Digimon changed my childhood a lot, Dragonball (Z) will always be my favourite anime and greatest source of artistic inspiration during my younger years. The Inheritance series (Eragon...etc.) were mesmerizing, next to the classics of Lord Of The Rings and The Hobbit (mainly seen the films, books only the latter, but definitely want to catch up on that). Since awhile, the Percy Jackson and Heroes Of Olympus sagas have snatched my interest, oh and returning to anime/manga - Detective Conan. BIG impact on me. Enid Blyton's Adventure series, however, was what got me into reading/writing first. So really, there are so many sources and interests and so many more I have not listed. But feel free to ask - be bold. I am an open person to questions.
