Author has written 18 stories for Harry Potter, and Chronicles of Narnia. Dear Readers, The wonderful and talented yamar has translated Suffer my Children into Russian. She worked incredibly hard on it, and I am so very honored that she thought my story worth her time and effort. You can find the Russian translation if you copy and paste this link once you remove the spaces: www. fanfics. me / read. php?id=63555 Or, you can pm her directly. Thank you yamar!!!!!!! Author's Note: Reader, if you came here searching for a story or a dream, I hope you found what you were looking for. I found mine in the process of writing them, and though they are old, they contain my heart and soul. I am no longer actively writing fanfiction, though I still dream it (and read it!). I am now working on original stories, and my dreams remain just as big. Thank you for taking the time to stop and care. I am grateful for all your support! Below are my stories and my dreams. Suffer my Children: Nominated for "Best Legacy Story" at the HP Fanfic Poll Awards Fall/Winter 2013 Round. Completed, this is an AU fic dealing with the unexpected maturity of young Sirius Black as he learns that there is more than white and black in human nature, especially when it comes to Slytherins, Purebloods, and most especially Severus Snape. NOT a romance- at least not between them. The Last Spy: Complete with an epilogue, this novel-length SSHG fiction is an AU take from HBP onwards. Amongst war, espionage, half-truths, and growing up, Hermione Granger and Severus Snape find each other. This story is my magnum opus! I started it in February of 2008 and posted the epilogue three and a half years later on August 14, 2011. This main-verse also have a few one-shot stories related to it. Number the Stars: Runner Up for "Best DHr Hurt/Comfort (Episkey)" at the New Library Awards. This is complete in four parts, each chapter focused on the rebuilding after the Final Battle, and the growing relationship between Hermione and Draco as measured by the stars. Strange Angel: Short, definitely not sweet, and complete. An AU take on a SSHG relationship beginning when Hermione was still in school, though never explicit. Not quite a songfic. Inspired by Phantom of the Opera. The One and Twoshots: Last Spy Verse- Rainbow's End is a Hermione and Severus oneshot set three years after the last chapter of The Last Spy. Fluff, fluff, fluff! A Reason to Celebrate is a Severus-centric oneshot taking place within my other story, The Last Spy. Don't read unless you've read that first, since it's a bit spoilerish if you haven't read the story. The Very Pink Dress With Frills is a Hermione-centric oneshot from the alternate/parallel universe mentioned in the Last Spy, and should not be read unless you've read up till at least chapter 12 of that story. A Terrible Beauty is a oneshot from the alternate/parallel universe briefly touched upon in The Last Spy. Read up to at least chapter 12 of that story before this one! Individual Oneshots- Darwinian Logic: Or, the Survival of the Fittest is crack. And more crack. You have been warned. Raising Nargles is a Hermione-centric AU, semi-character sketch, semi-plot driven. Eden Falls is a Harry-centric oneshot AU, again semi-character sketch and semi-plot based. Cat's Cradle is a Hermione-centric oneshot, AU and disturbing. It delineates the thoughts of a mad person- or is she? The Happy Prince is the the entire life of Severus Snape as told by a children's tale by that same name by Oscar Wilde. DH compliant (perish the thought!) Happy Birthday, Draco Malfoy was actually written for the Birthdays Challenge issued at the Reviews Lounge. It is, as the title suggests, Draco's birthday, a month after the Battle of Hogwarts. A thought on what may have happened to the Malfoy family in between leaving them standing together at Hogwarts and seeing Draco with his kid and wife at King's Cross. Plastic Trees and Tinsel is a twoshot, just about all fluff and fun DMHG. It's a Christmas-timed piece, in case you don't like those, but the season isn't really the main focus. Drinking Games I don't recommend as much as the other stories I've written. It's simply not my best writing. I blame the people who lived on my old floor for this- one can hardly write well when one is extremely pissed off at not getting any sleep because certain people like imbibing alcohol like water and then keeping everyone else up with their rowdiness. To Dream of Heaven is my only non-HP story as of this moment. It's set in the Chronicles of Narnia, but is more a real-world fic, concentrating on Susan after the events of the Last Battle where we find out that everyone but her has died in a train accident. Other- To Life is well and truly abandoned. Please, don't read this. Just don't. The only reason I leave it up is because it reminds me how far I've come... |
