Second Chances are so Few (Digimon): Takeru leaves Odaiba for New York, missing his chance to tell Hikari he loves her. Now that a year has passed, Hikari begins feeling depressed because of missing her blonde friend. Will a reunion between the two give Takeru a chance to voice the feelings that he has kept inside? (Takari)

Pimples (Digimon): Takeru finally gets the guts to ask Hikari out! However, not all is well for the young blonde, for during the day that the date is scheduled, he contracts a minor case of acne! How will he overreact, and at the same time, how will this affect his date with Hikari? Will he keep his feelings repressed just because he has a pimple? (Takari, a comedy...now rewritten for my new fic!)

From Hope to Despair (Digimon):The old sequel to Pimples, which takes a dark turn towards the Dark Ocean. Takeru and Hikari hit a bump in their relationship, with Hikari wanting to evaluate her life. In short, the two break up, causing Takeru to fall into a deep depression. And if that wasn't the least of Takeru's problems, now he has to deal with a certain blonde Digi-Destined from America...Willis! The Dark Ocean then begins manipulating the blonde. Will Hikari and the other Digi-Destined help save Takeru? Will Takeru and Hikari get back together? And can Takeru save himself from the Dark Ocean? (Takari, bad formatting, am considering a rewrite...)

Finding Christmas (Kingdom Hearts II): Roxas isn't feeling well at this time of the year, and ditches his family and friends to contemplate the meaning. Who finds him while he's pondering what the joyous holiday could possibly mean for him? Why, a petite blonde beauty of course...( Namixas, AU)

Christmas With Love (Kingdom Hearts, II): Sora and Kairi are caught in a very awkward situation, thanks to a certain silver-haired friend of theirs. How will Sora tell Kairi how he feels now that he feel that his plan is ruined? And how will Riku be involved? Will all Sora plan end up for naught, or will he tell a certain redhead how he feels? Hmm... (Sokai, could be considered AU, I guess...)

Finding Love in the Unlikeliest of Places (Kingdom Hearts, II): Our video game protagonist hates working at his job, a pizza delivery store that takes place where he lives in town. What happens when even the littlest change comes in the form of a new worker? (Sokai, AU)

The Laundromat (Kingdom Hearts II): Poor Roxas is stuck having to do laundry duty for him and his roomates. However, it seems like he won't be alone in the matter as he meets a belle blonde. Who knew doing laundry could be so interesting?...(Sort-of Namixas, AU)

The Valentine (Kingdom Hearts II): Sora is depressed as the most overrated holiday comes to his school, Valentine's Day, the general holiday for couples to express their love around the world. The spiky-brunet detests the holiday, but what happens when he finds a Valentine in his locker? Maybe Valentine's Day won't be so bad after all...(Sokai, AU)

Now is Forever (Kingdom Hearts Series): This is basically my Sora/Roxas-esque tribute to the Kingdom Hearts series. I rushed to get it done so it would be relased the same day Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix + was released in Japan, but I'll probably go back and re-edit it when I have the time.

Within the Realm of Darkness (Riku-centric; takes place before/beginning of CoM): A certain platinum-haired, future Keyblade wielder contemplates his relationship to light and darkness while suspended in the realm of power he once used, before he escapes to Castle Oblivion...

Chritmas Concoctions (Kingdom Hearts II, Sokai AU): Sora lies bored within his house as the Christmas holidays pass through, but not for long, when a lovely, auburn-haired girl enters his home. Maybe making Christmas cookies isn't too terrible...when you're with the person you admire...

A Christmas Serenade (Kingdom Hearts II, Namixas AU): Roxas plans on confessing to the lavender-eyed blonde about how he feels during the Noel holidays...but without the proper equipment, how will he pull it off? Acapella of course...but the only question is, will Namine return the male blond's feelings? Read on to find out...

The Teddy Bear He Couldn't Give Away (Kingdom Hearts II, one-sided Namixas AU): The blond male dual-wielder plans on doing something special for a certain, blonde-haired, female artist when it all falls apart. Sometimes, certain situations are bound to happen...yet, love still finds a way to remain in the young man's heart.

Dance (Kingdom Hearts II, Sokai): Kairi tugs Sora away from his room, as the two end spending the day alone. With Riku gone for the day, will this finally present Sora the opportunity the boy has desperately been searching for? Or maybe his redhead companion will beat him to his confession...

What Happens After Next? (Kingdom Hearts II): What would you do if you were...slightly jaded with the opposite sex, and needed help to get reintroduced back into the dating arena..? Blueprinted Fics- Fics in the Mind:

Moving On is Hard..But Loving Again is Harder...Prologue is in Works, rest is...blueprinted (Kingdom Hearts II): I don't want to say too much about this fic right now either, but this will be a Namixas, and also AU. Originally, this was going to be my first true KH fic, but due to writer's block and lack of inspiration, it went temporarily on hiatus. Now that I've decided to change things, I think I'll be able to write more for it. It'll begin at the end of Roxas's high school career, and move onto his life in the university, and how a certain female blonde will help change his life...hopefully I can get this story back on track.

The Poet Emotive (Kingdom Hearts II): I got the idea for this fic a few months ago at work...this will be a Namixas AU too...though I see this as more doable than the above fic, so don't be surprised if this comes out after I'm done with What Happens After Next?. It will take place in a public high school in Twilight Town, with Sora's Nobody being the protagonist as always...we'll just see how this idea pans out, shall we?

Fics ON HIATUS:

Digimon: The Digital War: This fic is currently On Hiatus. I will plan on continuing this fic and finishing it, since I've already gone so far with it already. It is my longest running fic on this site, so I will finish it! I will also go back and edit any minor/major errors. I plan on working on this fic again after I'm done writing my Takaris...

Derailed: This fic is also currently On Hiatus. I plan on continuing it someday...I want to reformat the previous chapters, then start adding new dialogue that will twist the story into unpredictable avenues.

Fics Implanted in My Mind:

Roxas x Namine (Kingdom Hearts II): I have a couple more ideas for these two. I wanted to write two oneshots, two songfics. Hopefully they'll become more developed ideas and might make it to the Works.

Sora x Kairi (Kingdom Hearts II): I know I'm working on a Sokai right now, but I have other ideas bouncing in my head. One being a songfic for these two. Now, only if the idea becomes more doable, it might make it the Works as well.

What Happens After Next? (Kingdom Hearts II, Namixas, AU): I'm hoping to work all day on the Final Chapter tomorrow; if I can get done what I want to get done today, that is. If I work diligently, I may just be able to finally wrap up this story this week.

3/18/09-- Spring Break!!

Eh, it's not like I have the entire week off...college likes to assign me things to do. One that's been hard for me to work on is my oral presentation for American Romanticism. I have to find an article on an author I've read during the semester, summarize it and argue its methodology, its weaknesses, whether I like it or disagree with it, and how would it infer other students in a research project. I have to write a 3-5 page paper along with this ten minute presentation, and have a rough outline to turn in too...

I wouldn't be whining so much if it was just a paper...I don't like oral presentations too much; although, I just had one last week with my Satan group for Paradise Lost in my John Milton class--we surprisingly did very well, and I did too, not stuttering nervously one bit!! It was great, though I didn't have hardly any sleep that day (I only had an hour, so I was bascially up over twenty-four hours, crazy).

Oh well, I'm going to try to get that sorted today, work on my other classes, and then be done so I can enjoy the rest of my Spring Break before heading back to class next week. I hope everyone else is having a good week.

3/5/09-- Busy busy busy.

College and work always keep me busy--but I AM working on finishing What Happens After Next? Hopefully, if I'm diligent, I can get it done this month. If I do, then I'll work solely on updating Portrait for a while, but also begin working on my next Namixas...which I'm now having a hard time deciding which one I should work on. I just got an idea for maybe which idea I should persue--and you, the readers MIGHT help me decide when I finish WHAN? If I can't decide by then, I'll let you guys help me.

So now, I'm off to work on filling my Creative Writing journal with junkyarding, entries and improvs--and to let you all know, I compiled a Reading Layout file of Portrait of a Young Woman for my Creative Writing professor to look at, just to show him how "unlazy" I've been, if it appears I've been slack on my entries...

Oh, and another thing.

A friend and I are working on a script for a mini-series we're planning start filming next month/over the summer. Right now, the script is titled "Agent of Chaos"--but we're changing it to "Chaos Cause." It's a mystery-thriller about a Joker-esque serial killer who has a peculiar taste for the cinema in his killings...and it's up to a detective in a local precinct to stop him. I just finished writing the first draft of Episode 01, so if any of you are interested in reading and giving me feedback, it'd be much appreciated. Just drop me a line, and I'll probably create a link to the copy...

And I've gotten back to reading Sokais and Namixas, trying to find new, quality fics to add to Recommended Reads in the future. It's great feeling like part of the community again.

2/27/09-- Hello everyone!!

I'm finally glad to update Portrait of a Young Woman this week!! It's been forever since that story has seen a new entry, and hopefully with that out of the way, What Happens After Next? won't be too far behind.

For the PlayStation 3 gamers, Killzone 2 comes out today!! It's the much-lauded graphics powerhouse first-person shooter exclusive from Guerilla Games, a second-party developer (I think) from Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, which has been talked out forever...but it's finally out today!! I'll probably end up getting it, as I enjoyed the demo last night, though it was REALLY short...

On the creative writing front, I'm learning on to emphasize dialogue and characterization, and focus less on little words in speaking descriptions that end up "reaching for effect." As my creative writing/poetry professor says, "The reader should be able to pick up on the voice of your characters within a certain context--they can't do that, well--you haven't accomplished your job," among other things.

So, probably beginning in my next Namixas, you'll probably see another "minor" stylistic change to suit these principles. Hopefully it'll make my writing better than it already is (I always want to improve). However, the only thing that gets me, is that I'm "holding back" for that class; I'm not going full force...or at least I feel like I'm not. I'm just so scared that my "true" writing style will be so tightly criticized that when everyone suggests improvements, then it'll take away what makes my writing personality "unique"...at least in my opinion.

Oh well, I should just try it out in my next workshop to see what everyone really thinks...maybe it won't be TOO bad.
