Holy shit. It has been FOREVER since I've updated my profile page here, I know.

No, I am not dead. Just merely distracted. As I'm sure most of you know by now, I haven't updated or added new stories here in forever. In fact, that last story I added was a joke, an experiment I undertook to see what I could spew out without forcing myself to edit it much. And yes, some you reading this may be aware that I agreed to several beta requests. You would probably be the very requesters. However, due to college and my own lack of attention paid to this account lately, I have neglected to respond to a lot of my messages. However, if anyone is still interested in having me beta read their stories, hit me up on my AIM account, or email me your raw chapters to my email account at . It's "Bozeia" for both AIM and , same as here.

Other than that. Wow. Looking at my last update is so surreal. Two years ago, I was living with my father and my stepmother, and her family. Since then, I moved out of the house because my stepmother became emotionally abusive, lived with distant reletives, wavered in between stability and aimlessness, moved back in with my father post-divorce, and...well, yikes. It's hard to keep track of everything. However, suffice to say, I sincerely doubt that a lot of my older stories will ever be touched or updated again, the sole exception being Abdicated. A lot of people really responded well to this fic, and I've already started on the first couple of chapters of a longer fic set in that continuity. I've also started working on a short Borderlands story, so look forward to that as well.

- Player II: Brand new story, stemming from the hours of madness I spend pacing to songs like Finger Eleven's "Paralyzer", Skillet's "Comatose",various Evanescence titles, and sometimes there's even "Firefly" by ATeen if the mood strikes me. Yes, this is a crossover pairing, which is becoming more and more intriguing to me by the minute. As soon as I finished the first oneshot, I wasn't sure if I could even bring myself to add to this, given my history of never finishing anything. However, I'll keep this open and see where it goes. I might also change the title, but I'm not sure yet.

Fic Haven is currently down, and since I was initialy unaware of the MASSIVE OVERHAUL they where doing on the site, I completely missed the "white flag" period of grace. Meaning that I'll probably have to recreate my account as soon as the site gets back up again. So, in the mean time, I've been heavily relying upon my livejournal for literary freedom of expression. Every once in a while, I might post scraps there that won't make an appearance here, so keep your eyes peeled.

That said, I'm seriously considering cleaning out my current account here.

- Precious Life: My oldest story on this account. It makes me cringe just thinking about it. Highly likely that I'll take it down.

- Glints of Golden Moonshine: I haven't given up on it completely, but it'll be on a SUPER LONG HIATUS.

- Mechanisms: I think this is dead, which makes me disappointed in myself. However, all this means is that I'm prompt-challenged. Damn.
