Author has written 3 stories for Harry Potter, and Percy Jackson and the Olympians. Hey, guys, so I've currently started a couple of original fiction projects (actually, started one and revived the other when I located a short story I wrote about part of it). Anyways, long story short, I've started a website for my original fiction writing, which shall be what I'm mostly doing from now on. Don't worry, I'll try and come and update my stories every once in awhile. My website is at http:/// it's currently under serious development right now. Also, in case you were wondering, my two current original fiction writing projects are as follows: Hachimantaro Island - a story which has the Japanese Kamui/Kami in the modern-day world. The story is currently about the revival of the kamui's champions' island - Hachimantaro Island, which has fallen into a serious state of disrepair over the past several years. The Second American Civil War - a story about there being a second Civil War in America, this story focuses primarily upon New England, currently. This may turn into a series-of-sorts, with different characters in different places, such as California, Alaska, and Hawaii for places, telling what happened during this time period. Another update pertaining to this - I am now on FictionPress - https://www.fictionpress.info/u/986855/Creative-Central1 Update November 11, 2014: Just remembered my email and password. I'll work on updating a couple of my stories. Update July 7, 2014: I'm back, kind of... I feel rather guilty about this, but I will not be continuing Changing the Future in its current form. I'm going to be editing it a lot - I've started the editing, in fact, and am currently debating removing the time traveling bit. Currently, it's still in there because I am reworking the notes on the characters and their histories. But whenever I get enough of it done, I will be making a final decision about it. Also, on the topic of Death, Lies, and Wind: I just haven't gotten around to updating that story. It needs a lot of work, I've decided. I'll be leaving the current chapters up, but that story is also going to be completely rewritten. I just don't like what I've done with Kesi and Rudy in the story, and Marios's first chapter doesn't fit in when I go through rereading his later chapters - meaning I'm going to have to go back and reedit his later chapters, because I really liked the way he was supposed to turn out in the original drafts. Plus, I realized that I only had Part 1 written out by the end of Chapter 17, which wasn't good, in my opinion. I'm also working on a future-into-the-past story for Codename: Kids Next Door. I currently have Part 1 planned out. With my FictionPress account, I'll be giving you guys some examples of my original stories/songs/poems/etc. I may or may not post my Hachimantaro Island story on FictionPress. My Second American Civil War story will not be posted on FictionPress, however. I have a cross-over between Hetalia and Percy Jackson currently in the works. I am reviving (for a third time) my version of the Son of Neptune - but I'm going to be doing a lot of work on characters and plot and the like before posting it online. I am debating continuing the poems that I started for Harry Potter - I believe that the first few are still up on fanfiction.net. My America's states stories are continuing. I currently have two short one-shots written for it. My other America's states stories are continuing the same as the Son of Neptune story - a lot of work on characters, mostly. And a bit of plot details, too. I have dubbed this entire series, currently planned for a few separate stories as "Meet the States". The first 'story' I need to finish is "Personalities and Histories", which is its own story, basically explaining things about the states - explaining their personalities and their histories, in case you couldn't tell. The first real 'story' in the series is "The Lost Revolution", which takes place following the nations meeting the states. The nations and the states go into an alternate universe to save their America. The next in the series is a multi-crossover with Men In Black and Percy Jackson and the Olympians series, where the Gods and Aliens meet and get into an argument, and New York is called in to help stop the fight. The third planned out is "Native Relics" which is currently only a vague conception with a few details planned out. There are possibly a fourth story in the series, but I need to do some work on the rest of it, first. Another fanfiction of mine that I originally started as a concept for Harry Potter is also being revised and revived - in this one, Hermione trades her magic for Fred Weasley. And, finally, my Theseus story that I started a little bit ago and made it to the end of chapter two is also going to be continued. And that's all I've got for now. So, um, yeah. Lots of stories currently in the works. I know, this really isn't the best idea, but oh, well. Update June 14, 2014 All of my fanfictions are currently on haitus, even Death, Lies, and Wind (although I will be updating up to Chapter 14, seeing as I have that far written currently in the story). The reasons why can be seen above the line. And, no, my real name isn't Katerina Mitchell - it's a pen name, okay guys? Some interesting quotes I've found in books or written in my writing (may or may not be posted). "-but the burrito is still intact, sitting on the plate." - a line from one of my writing projects that I've lost the earlier pages to. "Sometimes, the person, or people, appearing to be a traitor, are the ones trying to stop the traitor, or traitors." - either myself or someone else. "Edilio shrugged, "Hey, man, I'm not just your good-looking Mexican sidekick." Sam smiled. "You're not Mexican. You're Honduran." "Oh, yeah," Edilio said dryly. "Sometimes I forget."" Hunger by Michael Grant, page 315. "Edilio snorted. "Man, the official Honduran breakfast when you're poor is a corn tortilla, some leftover beans, and on a good day a banana. On a bad day it's just the tortilla."" - Hunger by Michael Grant, page 4/5. "Duck found the cause of the ocean sounds. It was, in fact, the ocean." - Hunger by Michael Grant, page 99. |
