Author has written 4 stories for X-Men. LIFE UPDATE: 8/29/2015 - I'm baaaaaaacccccckkkk... So my life has changed A LOT since my last update... (Chapter 20 of Somebody Else's Song was uploaded 10 years ago almost to the day!) I graduated college with my degree and teaching certificate. I spent two years teaching Special Needs Preschoolers. That was a BLAST! Then, I married my best friend. I moved away from home for a few years. In that time, I taught Special Needs Middle Schoolers before going back to PreSchoolers. Got my husband graduated from college with his Master's Degree. Moved back home, found jobs and purchased our first house! Renovated said house (it was a foreclosure) and yard ourselves. My husband got laid off - that was a dark time. He was out of work for about six months. We became pretty decent little farmers. (We have a small orchard with fruit and nut trees, a small vineyard, a little blueberry/strawberry patch as well as an outdoor garden plot and a pretty big greenhouse.) My husband and I both moved up in our careers. And most importantly... about 14 months ago, I had our son. He is absolutely the light of my life. There were times I didn't write at all over the past decade. And other times when I was constantly putting pen to paper. I've decided it's time to jump back in. I'm sure I've lost all my old readers. I'm sorry for that. Back in the day, the X-men fandom was AWESOME. I made some great friends that I have since lost touch with. I'm hoping there are still some folks out there that will want to follow my work. I'd love to go back and fix everything that is wrong with the first 20 chapters of the story, but I think I'd rather leave them as they are and just continue the story as I've always had it planned out.
