Updates on my life... and my progress with The Game (Nov 16, 6.47 pm): Okay... so I've been gone for half a year... is very sheepish about it Erm... ah... I guess I should start by apologizing to anyone who actually happens to check this page after so long. (Trust me, I shall have very sincere apology in the fic when I get to writing it. I've been adapting to life in university away from home and am now about to sit for my finals for the first sem. Time really does fly by. But anyway, this is just a little note to let you guys know that I'm still alive and that I will be continuing this fic... after my exams (Tezuka: Yeah, right. Ryssa: Quiet you!) Ahem, yes, I will definitely (!) finish this fic. (Ryssa: Just you wait and see, Tezuka-ohimesama. Tezuka! )

Previous Update (May 23, 1.02 am): Erm, I know I've been away for quite some time and have not been updating at all... But I will work on the next chapter and post it up. I just need to get my writing cogwheels going, too much inactiveness has caused it to be rusty.And don't worry - I'll definitely continue "The Game", it just remains to be seen when exactly.

Previous Update (April 24, 8.40 pm): I'm back! Okay, I've been back for quite some time and have not been working on the fic yet. But I will, once I finish with other stuff... (trails off). Anyway, the trip was great - very eventful, and I've grown several shades darker.I should probably get back to doing what I'm supposed to be doing... yeah.

Past Update (April 14, 7.51 pm): I'm going on a class trip tomorrow! It's gonna be so fun with the snorkelling and the bus ride and the friends... Unfortunately, I havn't been working on the fic yet. I have been playing video games (does that count as getting inspiration for the fic? lol) and reading opinions on evolution. I personally don't believe evolution is true. At least not through random mutations that happened by CHANCE.

Anyway, that's off topic (and debatable). Soo... yea I'm going on a trip and won't be back till the 18th. If you're looking for the next chap of 'The Game' check back after that date. Till we meet again then. God bless you all!

Oh and for some reason, the site won't let me submit new documents. Which means that even if I HAD chapter 12 ready I still wouldn't be able to post it. And I can't correct a gramatical error I missed in chapter 9! Urgh... Must. Correct. Mistake. (But I can't) #sobs# Hopefully, it'll be rectified by the time I come back, or else there'd be a longer delay (and I still won't be able to correct the mistake!).

Irrelevant ramblings: I'm thinking of writing a romance fic. The problem is, there aren't much fictional couplings which I favour (apart from Snape/Tonks in Harry Potter, but that is terribly hard to portray, and yea I know weird pairing hehe). PoT is filled with guys and is hardly the setting for a romance fic - doable, but I don't feel inclined to write romance in this world. Saiyuki isn't that bad a setting for romance but it's also filled with guys (unless I write Hakkai/Yaone/Kougaiji or something). I am NOT doing OC fics. Unless I have a really good plot. HP seems to be the best bet... But like I said, I don't really have a favoured pairing. Plus I'm kinda hesitant to write something that isn't canon. Not that it should be a reason in fanfiction. I mean is is fanfiction - that gives us the liberty to explore such things. Anyway, it doesn't seem like I'll be doing one anytime soon. I'll have to think about it some more.

I noticed several errors in my profile page. I eradicated them immediately. I also tend to edit and repost my fic many times till I'm satisfied with the results. And then I may edit them somemore. Terrible perfectionist tendecies I have.

I shall start with a brief introduction of myself. I am 19 this year, and currently drowning in application forms... My hobbies include reading, drawing, singing, playing video games and I now claim writing as my newest hobby.

I'm a Malaysian and proud of it =) I know we still lots to improve on in certain areas, but I love my country, and this will always be home. Malaysia Boleh! (Okay, that was sorta random)

Though not new to this place, I am quite new at writing fanfics. There were times in the past when I felt like writing one, but I never got around to it until recently. Currently, I am writing a humour fic on Prince of Tennis, which I declare to be my most favourite animanga of all. I am also contemplating on doing more serious fics in the Harry Potter fandom.

Now, let me launch into a monologue detailing my favourite characters and whatnot. (I'm a total fangirl. Don't know whether to be proud or ashamed of that. There are times when I wonder if I should smack myself in the head...) Do not proceed any further if you do not wish to hear me gush over fictional characters. You have been warned.

#Sighs dreamily# I'm putting Kaidou and Kirihara as my no. 1 favourite PoT character. They can share that spot for now.

Kaidou's just such a sweetheart even though he tries to act tough. And yes, he did scare me initially in the manga. I didn't actually pay to much attention to the boys in the manga. I was more interested in the matches. But nearing the end of it, I realized that I liked Kaidou. I turned into an absolute fangirl in the anime though, falling for Kaidou in the process.

I still think me liking Kirihara has something to do with the fact that I dreamt of him. Twice. Despite the fact that he wasn't even one of my favourites prior to that. Love the curls and smirk. I find Kirihara to be more of a fun character compared to Kaidou. I mean, Kaidou is just so serious. Which is sometimes why I think Kirihara may actually be my fave here.

In third place we have Atobe. He's probably insulted that he's not first. Ah well. That rich, arrogant yet charismatic buchou of Hyotei has captured the hearts of many fangirls, mine included. What can I say? I suppose I have a thing for spoiled, charismatic boys. (When it comes to fictional characters, that is) I also love Fandom Draco Malfoy from Harry Potter. (Can't resist it when he drawls!)

The rest of my favourite PoT boys are more of a mix. I have a bunch that I like (which I will spare you from reading it here) but the orders are not as clear as my top three.

When it comes to talking about favourite fictional characters, I cannot miss out my no. 1 favourite out of all fictional characters - Genjo Sanzo from Saiyuki, that conceited, haughty yet lovable monk who happens to be a very intelligent blonde. (I suppose I have a thing for blondes too...) And who can forget that deep, sexy voice. (Kaidou's voice is pretty nice too)

And right now, I realize I have more to write on my beloved fictional characters than on myself... -_-;;

Ah, who cares? I might write Harry Potter and Saiyuki fics someday. (I've thought of doing that way before now, but never did launch into one.)

And I just want to praise the name of Jesus Christ here because he has enabled me to write and actually begin a story. I have now risen up to the ranks of 'Author' (Okay, ignore that. Random rambling) My first fic is also dedicated to Jesus. It's something I've always wanted to do. God is good coz He's always with me no matter what!
