Update as of 5/27 2012: Hi. I'm finally updating my profile, as that hasn't happened in nearly a year. Mostly, I updated the fic section, and did a bit of upkeep elsewhere. In general, I'm hoping to do a lot of writing in the next three months, and while I can't promise I'll hold to this I will try to get something up ever subsequent 2-3 days.

Activities I enjoy: Walking (especially at night), writing (obviously fanfiction, working on a novel, poetry and song lyrics), music...ing? (in this case singing and I am getting into music production), video gaming, reading unhealthy amounts of Golden Sun fanfiction, watching competitive sports, and snuggling. I saved the best for last, and snuggling is definitely number one.

Primarily Pink Floyd, Kanye, Arctic Monkeys, and Gorillaz in that order. As you can see, very, ah, divergent musical tastes.

Bio: I'm a college student, pretty lost as to what I'm going to do with my life. My overall mentality is to go with the flow, and move on when the flow starts going the wrong way. Swimming upstream is bad news. Along with that, I'm pretty relaxed as well as open minded. I don't see the point in judging other people. We're all screwed up, might as well take care of our own problems that try to cause more for others. I'm an isolationist, escapist, and hedonist in that order. For better or worse, I spend most of my time alone, lost in my thoughts or in music or writing. I wouldn't recommend being any of the three, all are horribly unhealthy, both mentally and physically. Logically, my mind tells me I should probably stop, but the alternative would probably be substance abuse, which I despise pretty heavily. No drugs for me! Ho hum. I'm pretty awkward, which is fun. Most people hate awkwardness: I embrace it. Human beings are really awkward, there's no way around it.

Fan-fiction Info: I write for Golden Sun, Adventure Time, and F.E.A.R. in order of prominence, though I've been focusing on Adventure Time lately. Zelda will probably get in there eventually too.

Writing: I mostly write shipping fics, but in all honesty I right just about anything and am trying to get away from writing so much shipping. Literally, all kinds of story topics. If I'm writing a multi-chapter fic, I like to get some chapters done before posting, simply so that I know I have a stock built up and can edit like hell. Editing is fun for me, unless I can't tell what's wrong. Then it just pisses me off. I'm at a point where I have a lot of free time to write, and I'm taking advantage of it. This also lets me edit rather than post after finishing, and even edit after posting (which is harder to do for multichaptered fics, but still). I tend to write in bursts. My updating is eh. When it's done it's done.

One True Pairing: Bubblegum/Marceline (though you could get me to say some other answers depending on the day). Pictures of them being adorable are eating up my document folder.

Review Policy: I have been reviewing as I write, when inspiration strikes, but I'm trying to segue into reviewing at least all of my favorited stories, if now any story I read. For reviews of my work, I like to get at least two per chapter, because that lets me know there's interest in the story and that I should put effort into it. In-depth/long reviews make me squee, as does constructive criticism.

Elysium: For finn-theheroguy, a one-shot in the Bottoms Up AU that starts off with Finn remembering the concept of the Greek afterlife area known as Elysium. Getting depressed about Marcy's deterioration, he begins to drink to find out what she sees in it. Marceline comes home late, and upon finding Finn is also tanked begins to get frisky. Afterwards, during pillow talk, he mentions possibly moving out of the city, and she agrees, telling him she's in love and wants to have a family, and that they can have a little store in the back Bonnie can work in. The next morning Finn wakes up and writes down a bunch of art sketches in his notebook, but when he goes to show Marcy she's already day-drinking, and doesn't remember anything from the night before. Distraught Finn leaves for the station, only for Marceline to find his notebook and cry into it, drawing her own picture at the end of them holding hands. She then goes to see Bonnie and asks her to check her into a rehabilitation clinic. Finn gets the address and revelation texted to him by Bonnie after seeing Marceline's drawing, and goes to see her off himself; upon getting there he finds the clinic is named "Elysium", and tears up as he and Marceline share a moment.

More Than Just a Third Eye (probably going to be renamed as this title sucks): A short multi-chaptered fic, Matthew is asked by Karis and Sveta (who are dating) to talk to Himi, as she had remained distant from the group and they want to make her part of it. Matthew, however, has his own problems, and they wind up coming out in said talk with Himi. One and a half sided (meaning one person likes the other and the other person kind of likes them back) Zephyr Shipping (Karis and Sveta) and Dawn Shipping (Matthew and Karis), as well as two sided Spirit Shipping and a surprise two sided ship at the end as well.
