November 19, 2019: Good evening everyone! I hope this update finds everyone well! I am beginning to come out of my writing hiatus and am posting again! As a way to get back into the swing of things, I am going to be posting a new story and am going to update/edit current projects. I am cleaning and updating my profile as I write this because it is much needed. I have had a busy couple of years, especially since I had gone back to school (and will be leaving it, sadly), so I've only had time for the odd update here and there. I will be doing a lot of personal research for some of my bigger stories (including a certain one that has lain forgotten, like a certain Ring of Rower for thousands of years) so that I can further them along and get to where I was going with them. With the holidays being what they are, and my current work schedule, there still might not be that many updates, especially since I do like to play video games and paint. But I foresee more updates in the coming months, especially in the beginning of 2020. Also, I got married!

You may have also noticed that I am not going around calling myself XantheXV anymore. I am retiring that name (a name that has served me well) and have picked up the moniker of Eryn Aear (which is actually in Sindarin; 'eryn' = forest, 'aear' = sea). I feel that this fits me a lot more than what I was going by, and I've come a long way since I first started writing fanfiction.

I will be leaving this section here, because I do want to keep you updated here, but I will also post updates on Facebook as well. For now, 'Elir hennol! (Happy reading!)

Re: Kingdom Hearts:

Q: What does Pyn's Keyblade look like exactly?

A: Pyn's Keyblade is a combination of Ven's, Terra's and Aqua's Keyblades, which can be noticed on the blade portion of the weapon. The hilt it just like Sora's Kingdom Key. The keychain at the end is a Wayfinder. Pyn has no idea why her own Keyblade looks familiar to her, nor the Wayfinder. I will update my profile pic so that you can get a good look at it! :)

Q: Did Pyn have a crush on Ven?

A: I don't want to go into too much detail on that, but they have been best friends since he arrived at Land of Departure.

Q: How does Pyn know Vanitas?

A: Because Aqua is a Keyblade Master, she is allowed to take on an apprentice or stay behind to protect the Land of Departure. Since Master Eraqus is protecting that world, so to speak, Aqua kind of took Pyn on her journey as an apprentice. Pyn did see Vanitas in Radiant Garden before he disappeared, and because she asked Aqua, she was told what his name was. She doesn't actually know who he was. Aqua took Pyn as far as Neverland before she decided to take her back to the Land of Departure.
