Hello! So I guess, I have to finally update this, right? Well, I'm a seventeen year old high school student. So that would make me a senior now (yay!). I like to procrastinate a lot, so I do that through writing, but I can't procrastinate all the time. I'm usually a kind, friendly person, so if you ever want to talk to me just send me a message through the good all pm :)

Character Bios:

Charlotte 'Lottie' Hooke: She was the third in command of the Black Pearl while Jack was Captain before he was mutinied. She was a trusted person of the crew, and perhaps the only person that Jack trusted out of many. But to have a bigger position that she rightfully deserved more than Barbossa, she played a role in the mutiny. Distracting Jack by seducing him into a trap that eventually led her to hit him with an iron bar. She felt guilty immediately after and was planning her own mutiny against Barbossa in those three days that she stayed aboard, but she only knew that it would end with her dead. She left the Pearl while the others stayed in Isla de Muerta in search of Jack at the island they left him on. Only she found the rumrunners that bartered with her for passage to Tortuga where her real journey began. Her father works in the Faithful Bride as a bartender and her mother had passed when she was five, giving birth to her brother who died the first three days after he was born from being malnourished. Lottie met Jack when she was ten and followed him around annoying him, until he yelled at her to get away. She ran off, only to be found by him and he taught her how to fight with a cutlass. Their friendship started there. She gets touchy about her past when she gets too deep in it. The journey in search of Jack is particularly what she really doesn't like to get into. She has many strange habits that came from it, like hiding a gun under her pillow while she sleeps, or whenever she is around too many people in taverns or outside, she gets paranoid fast, sometimes her breaking down in tears or her doubling over. She also has scars, one on her forehead, a slash that is from her hairline, down to her eyebrow, and an open wound at the corner of her lip, she also has a dent in the back of her head, but it doesn't affect her balance unless she is hit there again. She is very open to a lot of people about what her past on Shipwreck Cove, and she could be sarcastic a lot. Some people would call her mad for how she talked at times. She doesn't drink much like many pirates do, a bottle of rum at most, but she would drink it slowly. She is handy with a cutlass and a pistol, but her aim is not so good. Aliases: Lottie (primarily what she goes by, thanks to Jack), Charlie (her father calls her this, Anamaria, and Joseph), Charles (male alias).

Joseph Fletcher: For a while, Joseph has been an officer in the Royal Navy. And a loyal one at that. When he was eighteen years old, he left his comfortable home in Nassau to embark on his career. His family didn't approve of this. So they stopped having contact with him after he was in the ranks of the Navy. He earned Lieutenant by the time he was twenty-eight and a month later, a pirate ship attacked the ship he was on. Having losing that battle, Joseph was one of the few survivors and he was press-ganged onto the Devil's Enchanter. Although, he didn't like his new life at first, he quickly had gotten accustomed to a pirate's life. And after two years, he enjoyed it. He enjoyed the risk of it. So, when he became the first mate of the ship, he embraced it with open arms now. Although, he did lose his contact with his family, he tried to go see them once again in Nassau. But they didn't like him being a pirate more than being a part of the Navy, so he was truly disregarded after that. The Devil's Enchanter then went through a horrible battle that ended up sinking in the sea. Joseph survived that, too, but once again, he was one of the few, so he went on ship wreckage with the survivors that he could find and hope for any ship to pass them. When a ship collected them, he went to Tortuga, where he met Charlotte's father and started work in his tavern. Joseph was always known as a good looking man, with brown hair that is usually tied behind him and a bit of stubble that was the beginnings of a beard. He has blue eyes, that are grayish, and he has broad shoulders. He is rather tall in height as well. Though, he works in a tavern, he doesn't drink. He is often described as a good man, with a gentle nature. He is handy with a cutlass and a pistol, having good aim. Aliases: Joey, Joe, and Fletcher.

Not all treasure is silver and gold: I had a lot of issues with the plot and it all seemed to not match up at all. Also I put Adrian in a Mary Sue test and got Uber-Sue and that bothered me, lol. But maybe sometime in the future I would change that and continue writing it. But instead I'm actually starting another POTC fanfic that I actually had an idea for. If you want to read that, go right ahead. So, sorry for not continuing, it's just issues with the plot, pov, and just writer's block all together.
