A bit about me (Pretty boring but hey!)

Hi, i'm Zaide. I'm a pretty normal 20 year old girl, i spend most of my time watching my crazy dvd collection (Which is reaching the 500 mark now!) Buying Waterstone's out of paperbacks or eating dangerous amounts of chocolate and Ben & Jerry's ice-cream. (Baked Alaska, Yum!)

I am an absolute bookworm and have piles of books littering my little cottage in the country, i spent most of my school life walking around with a book in my hand - i'm surprised i even managed to pay attention in lessons! I now work in a pub/restaurant which is a career i would have never chosen yet i love it to bits, i fell into it after leaving my awful job in a post office and i don't have any plans to leave yet either. So if any of you happen to find yourselves in Ross-on-Wye town, pop into The Mail Rooms and say hi to me! :D

I absolutely love to chat, so if you want someone to share ideas with or just want to gossip about something random then feel free to PM me on here, i carry my Blackberry around me like it's my life support so i'll always be around to email back :P

I write purely for fun and look forward to any reviews i do get, good or bad. Hopefully my writing will entertain even just one person and then it will be entirely worthwhile :)

Mostly I read Harry Potter Fanfics but I really love Final Fantasy ones too. (We're in desperate need of some more good Zell fanfics!)

My favourite pairings from Harry Potter are Lily/Scorpius, Tonks/Lupin, James/Lily, Harry/Ginny (obviously!) Draco/Astoria, Snape/Hermione and Katie/Oliver but i have a bit of a weakness for Cedric fanfics too, i just refuse to remember he dies :(

Oh and in Final Fantasy my favourite pairings are Cloud/Tifa, Aerith/Zack, Zidane/Garnet, Vaan/Penelo, Ashe/Basch, Squall/Rinoa, Seifer/Quistis (I do quite like Seifer/Fuijin too but there are so few well written fanfics out there for this pair!) and anything with Vincent or Zell really :P

Anyway enough babbling, hope you enjoy my stories :)

Have any of you invested in a copy of Final Fantasy XIII? I am absolutely addicted to it, it's beyond fantastic. I was a bit worried about the new battle system and the use of Paradigms, but i have to admit that it's all utterly amazing. The combat is so intricate and fast paced, it's such a rush!

Oh and what a storyline!! It's incredibly detailed and i find myself thinking about it all the time, even when i'm supposed to be working. The graphics, escpecially the cinematics, are just breathtaking. I'm already a die hard Hope fan, he just oozes awesomeness. The coolest and cutest 14 year old character ever! And, bonus, he kicks serious ass with his awesomesauce boomerang!! WooHoo, go Hope!!

Ahem, sorry. Anyway, if you're a Final Fantasy fan and haven't yet got yourself a copy, then i absolutely insist that you do! If only to see how astoundingly well-made it is. Bravo Square Enix, Bravo. xx
