OKay, so...HI!

My hubby and I finally moved back to our house in South Carolina. I never thought that I would miss this place as much as I did, but I still HATE Palm Trees. I'm a New England girl, always will be no matter where I live at the moment. I love the ocean and the mountains and I miss it so much it hurts. You will notice that a lot of my stories take place in New England. I am also a fan of all of their sports tems, I turly hope that no one stops reading my stories becasue of it.

I'm 29, married with a wonderful dog and I am a classically trained Pastry Chef, I'm just currently working in a Pharmacy. It pays the bills...

I LOVE to read, everything. I've been reading since I was 4 and I have never stopped. If there's a book that you like lemme know, I'm always looking for something new to read. Though, my husband asks that no one suggests another series (our bank account can't take it.)

I used to be a big T.V. watcher, but now I'm down to a few select shows. Sherlock, Due South (find it, love it), Doctor Who, Torchwood and other weird ones that you probably haven't heard of.

Movies are my vice, I have so many that I LOVE that it would take up a few pages just to list them. If you are ever looking for a good movie, write to me and I'll rattle off a few that can not be missed.

I have decided that I LOVE reviews. If you read my story, please review, even if it's just "good job" or "I have no idea why I wasted my time reading this crap" Please review!!

Okay ladies, don't hate me for this. But we all know what it is like to be
Home and nothing chocolate to eat!!

So here is a quick recipe for a cake in a mug!!

One day, when you're eating this cake to your hearts content, you'll be

DANGEROUS CHOCOLATE CAKE-IN-A-MUG

1 coffee mug

4 Tbsp. Cake flour (plain, not self-rising)

4 Tbsp. Sugar

2 Tbsp. Cocoa

1 egg

3 Tbsp. Milk

3 Tbsp. Oil

Small splash of vanilla

3 Tbsp. Chocolate chips, optional

Add dry ingredients to mug, mix well with a fork.

Add egg, mix thoroughly.

Pour in milk and oil and vanilla, mix well.

Add chips, if using.

Put mug in microwave, and cook for three minutes on 1000 watts.

Cake will rise over top of mug--do not be alarmed!

Allow to cool a little; tip onto a plate if desired.

Eat!

(This can serve two if you want to feel slightly more virtuous.)

And WHY is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world?

Because now we are all only five minutes away from chocolate cake any time
