Author has written 13 stories for Doctor Who, Chronicles of Ancient Darkness, Being Human, Harry Potter, Sherlock, and Downton Abbey. Wotcher. I like strong, sweet tea and cold, quiet days. I fall head over heals for fictional characters but have some serious doubts about whether I beleive in true love. Go figure. The word sweetheart has a similar effect on me as kryptonite does on Superman. No kidding, I have been known to stop watching a film or reading a book because the term was used. I'm the kinda girl that sits and wishes she were a character from a book. My idols have been Tonks, Bellatrix LeStrange, Renn (Chronicles of Ancient Darkness READ THEM) Abby (The Crucible) Tiffany Aching, Felicity Worthington (The Gemma Doyle Trilogy by Libba Bray, Bloody Amazing!) Djaq (BBC Robin Hood) and many other people who i probably shouldn't love but I do. My faveourite thing in life is to curl up in my armchair on a November day with a cup of tea (two sugars, little milk and tetley tea-bag) and read myself into another world. I often find I have to shake myself back into the present, and there is nothing worse than being swept away from The Stone Age by my Mother calling and asking if I've hoovered my bedroom. My friends think I'm a nutcase nerd, and I absolutely love it. My greatest fear is being the same as everone else. I have bad nightmares which I've never grown out of., and my faveourite peice of clothing is my trailing-along-the-floor long purple and black scarf. I have an obsession with dying my hair pink and owning a pair of bright green Doc Martens. I am inspired by Shakespeare (esp. Hamlet) and I think David Tennant was THE MOST INCREDIBLE HAMLET THE RSC COULD WISH FOR, AND YOU MISSED THE BEST PRODUCTION EVER IF YOU DIDN'T SEE IT. He once spoke to me, which was THE single most incredible day of my life. My ambition is spend my life writing and travelling, everywhere and anywhere. I want to live with inuits, see the Northern Lights, live with Native Americans, be a trucker in the US, follow the route of The Crusades. I want to meet JK Rowling. Russel T Davies (Doctor Who writer) called me pretty, which was one of the most amazing things that has ever happened to me. So now you know a little more about me, and I really hope you like my writing.
