AU After Owen and Beru are killed by a mysterious stranger, young Luke ends up as an orphan on Coruscant. It's a race against time as Obi-Wan struggles to find Luke before Vader realizes the boy is his son.

Alone, and on the run for days, Luke Skywalker is begining to despair. He desperately needs to escape the chasing storm troopers commanded by Darth Vader - the man who only a few short weeks ago claimed to be his father. L/V L/M

AU in which Luke grows up as the Prince of Alderaan and Bail and Breha Organa's son. When Luke is sixteen Bail becomes too outspoken against the Emperor, who sends Lord Vader to take the young Prince as a hostage and cow his father into submission. Luke is held captive aboard Vader's ship, being the pawn in this power play, until they both realize a thing or two...

A space battle goes wrong, Luke and Vader end up shooting each other down and crash land on an uninhabited planet. Vader reaches the crash site of the rebel snub before his adversary has regained consciousness. With Imperial search crews slowed down, Vader decides to interrogate the rebel pilot and then dispose of him. That is, until he realizes who exactly is in his hands.

Two years after joining the Rebellion Luke is shot down during a mission and ejects from his X-Wing in enemy territory. The events that follow lead him, painfully, to his first meeting with Vader and beyond. A father/son story although it might not seem like it at first.

There was something about the blond boy in the crowd that caught Commander Yarryn's attention. Something that pulled at his gut and told him there was more about this captive than met the eye. It was his duty to find out what it was the boy was hiding - and find it he would, for Yarryn was very good at his job.
