A Word from the Author:

It's been a long time ~ Ten points if you can figure out where I got that line from, ha! I think I first made this profile around seven or eight years ago after reading a really random Naruto three-some fanfic. A few years later I actually worked up the nerve to write up a few stories of my own, most of which never really took off like I'd wanted them to. And the one that did...well, now it's more of an embarassment than a source of pride. In all honesty, my one true fanfic that people seem to like is just a collection of nonsensical fluff and cuteness, bound together by a thin string of a plot, if you can really call it that. I made it up as I went and never really thought to plan ahead or devise a way to bring it all together in a way that makes sense. I've thought about finishing it, deleting it, and even rewritting it now that I know exactly how weird and poorly written it is. I don't know, maybe one day I'll work up the guts to fix my dumb little mistake, but not today. Today, I'm here to do two things: Read other's fanfiction and go "AWWWWW" at the cute little scenes I come across as I'm still a sucker for romance.

Man, now I really want to go ahead and fix my story...I wonder if anyone even still remembers it.

Biography

All anyone really needs to know about me is that I'm an eighteen year old highschool graduate who is ready to move the hell out of his house and go to college. But, that's not much information so I'll go ahead and make a little list:

Penname: DeadFlame ~ its a name I came up with one day when I got my first xbox, haha! I was trying to think of a gamertag that sounded semi-cool while being original. What I got is a name that doesn't really make sense and isn't cool in the least, but hey, its mine.

Interests: I do like to read and write some. It's always interesting to see what other authors are coming up with these days. I prefer to read manga more so than anything else, just cause I like the pics haha! But honestly, manga has a lot of great stories that many people tend to look down upon simply because of the fact that it's, well, manga. Anyways, I haven't written in a long time, but I might decide to start up again soon...it really bugs me that I have three stories left completely unfinished just cause I'm lazy, and the fact that I keep thinking "ohh I could do this, and this, and this especially!!" whenever I read someone elses work is just dumb, especially when I'm not doing anything myself. Starting to ramble...

Misc: As for any other miscellaneous information that one could want, I'm an avid video game player, xbox fo life yo, and I like all kinds of rock music. I look up to Claudio Sanchez, the lead singer of my favorite band, and Kurt Cobain, another singer in a band. I've never had any pets, so that's a bummer, and I've got a bit of a strange mind, although who doesn't these days, right?

Recommended Manga: Sankarea, Naruto, Bleach, Fairy Tail, Kekkaishi, InuYasha ~ This was just a little list I threw together incase anyone needed a little extra reading material, or if they wanted to geek out about the cute couples in all of these, cause we all know they're there and we all love them, haha!

Another Word...

Well, that's all that I can think of to be honest. I think the fact that I bothered to change all of this again must mean that I'm pretty close to coming back and writing again, so that should be interesting...but I'm kinda hesitant. It's like, do I really wanna come back to this and potentially get embarrassed by what I upload? I think I do. We'll see how long it takes for me to get back into the swing of things...I hope it doesn't take long though :)
