What if the Neptunia series is a bit more dramatic, sad, and complicated? Well, to me that is what neptunia needs. So, I decided to make a story that really bothers my mind. (Please don't hate me for this.)

A story about the CPUs and a new pair of mysterious characters that enter the fray, along with the multitude of trials they all face. Morals will clash and resolves will be tested. This is a tale of retribution and understanding, of forging bonds and vows made, and of what people will do to protect what they believe in. (Takes place after the events of VII. Expect a long one.)

In the year 2006, Lastation just finished having their latest shift period and Noire a.k.a. CPU Black Heart is now the nation's goddess. Without a proper Oracle to guide her, she is forced to resort to her own intuition. Finding and instantly forcing a friendship with a lost knight named Claire, she faces many enemies that are keen on destroying what she was forced to care for.

Taking place during the events of Re;Birth 2, Vert's little brother and CPU Candidate of Leanbox, Excel had been missing her sister for over 3 years now, ever since she was imprisoned at the Gamindustri Graveyard. Now that he heard that his fellow CPU Candidate, Nepgear is on a mission to save her, he wants to do his part in assisting her in her crusade.

Uh oh, it's another adventure starring an OC in a protagonist role as he stumbles through Gamindustri! Thrill as he tries to get along with the characters of the franchise! Chill as he makes a fool of himself! What action awaits our heroines? What heresy awaits us readers? Will there be love? Is there an actual point? All of these questions MIGHT be answered! Or not. Hard to tell.

Life continues on. After Neptune's latest adventure, things have changed and people must adjust to the changes. Sequel to Echoes of the Dark.

Noire has usually had a good relationship with her fellow CPU's especially with Neptune in particular so what happens when those feeling amplify into something much more and in the heat of a moment she finally acts upon them only for them to create something. Something accidental but not necessarily unwanted.
