Intro

Hi, I'm Zeiphyx! This is not my usual name online (though it is similar), but if I used my usual name here, it would be too easy for randoms to find my FFnet account, especially since I'm a freelancer and sometimes my gamertag email gets mixed up with my work ones. Don't really need anyone searching that name and finding fanfiction haha. Way too difficult to explain to an outsider, especially Hurt/Comfort!

Anyway, I digress. I'm an axolotl a horse bum who lives on a farm, and who wishes she had more free time (but when I do have free time, I manage to waste it/be too tired to do anything remotely productive). I've been writing since I was under 10 years old and I've been here since 2005, but somehow after high school I just stopped and lost all motivation and inspiration. Me being here a way for me to practise writing more, so that I can keep my general writing skills sharp and not lose my fiction/fantasy writing skillset. Aaand I guess now I'll continue with the rest of my info in an easier to read format (and I'll try to be a bit more serious and stop making awful jokes (like that will ever happen)).

Date of Birth: 8th March, 1992. I'm probably older than you. But I'm now okay with that since I started thinking of it as levelling up and gaining wisdom as opposed to simply getting older.

Favourite Music Genres: ALL OF IT (except if it is rap/RB/hip-hop/anything shouty or screechy or overly psy-trancey). I particularly love punk rock, jpop/jrock, power metal, Celtic, and soundtracks. I am ever so slightly obsessed with good instrumental soundtracks. I am also now kpop trash. RIP.

Favourite Bands/Composers: Green Day forever! I'm currently obsessed with N. Flying as well :3 I could go into so many more but I'd be here forever and you'd get seriously tired of reading this. And composers is a really tough one because I have a bunch of film and game composers whose style I'm just in love with. Howard Shore, Hans Zimmer, Jeremy Soule, Kirill Povrovsky, Gareth Coker, John Powell, Glenn Stafford, Uematsu Nobuo, Yuki Kajiura, Borislav Slavov, Adam Skorupa, Marcin Przybylowicz and so many more.

Favourite Movies: Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit (despite me not liking the way it was adapted, it still made me tear up in parts to see such an influential piece of my childhood come to life), Labyrinth, Avatar, How to Train Your Dragon, Dragon Hunters, Big Hero 6, My Neighbour Totoro. Quite a lot of others too.

Favourite Anime: Made in Abyss, One Punch Man, Sakamoto desu ga, Shokugeki no Souma, Another, Parasyte: The Maxim, Tokyo Ghoul, Barakamon - and those are just some of the more recent ones I've enjoyed. I also love Neon Genesis Evangelion, Death Note, Great Teacher Onizuka, and Naruto - don't hate, it was my first ever anime X'D

Favourite Series: Supernatural, Californication, Game of Thrones, Preacher, Vikings, Marco Polo, Penny Dreadful, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Castle, Jessica Jones, Black Mirror

Hobbies: Procrastinating. I'm something of a PROcrastinator ;_; When I'm not doing that, I enjoy horse riding, pony walking (I have a miniature whom I walk like a dog :), PC gaming, drawing, hiking, reading, photography, and collecting film soundtracks. Oh yeah, and sleeping. I like sleeping A LOT, but I'm really bad at it - thanks, insomnia.

Favourite Games: WitcherwitcherwitcherwitcherwitcherALLofthewitchergames *runs out of breath* And also Dragon Age, Gone Home, Oblivion, Divinity 2, Divinity Original Sin, Minecraft, Terraria, Dungeons 2, and Age of Empires (I especially love Rise of Rome). I'm also a really avid Pokémon Go player - Level 33 Instinct - no regrets!

Favourite Foods: Pasta. I swear it’s the only thing I ever cook. But God it’s delicious, and I just can’t get enough of it. And good veggie soup :')

Pets: Two beautiful ponies – a 14.2hh Friesian x Boerperd gelding and a 10hh Miniature x Arab stallion. I also have a cat, an Alaskan Malamute, and an axolotl.

Other: I am very easy to get along with, once you get past how cripplingly socially awkward I am. Or if you actually manage to see me, considering I don’t really go out a whole lot. Due to the aforementioned difficulties, I find it hard to get to know new people, but once I make a friend I am very loyal. However, lose my trust and you’re going to have a very hard time getting it back – sorry for you. I believe it's important to go through life trying to be the best person you can be. I try my best not to judge others or hold prejudiced beliefs. At the end of the day, we’re all human beings, (regardless of gender, sexuality, ability, race, whether or not you’re a penguin (ok, well if you’re a penguin you’re not really a human) etc), and we need to be treated that way. However, I’ve also been screwed over a lot recently by people, and I don’t trust people the way I used to (and frankly I’m actually glad to have learned this lesson relatively early on in life). I truly love animals, and I think they’re better than people most of the time.
