PLEASE READ

To all my readers and those who are probably wondering where I've been for a long time now,

I just wanted to take some time to explain to everyone why I haven't updated my stories or responded to emails in several months. My personal life has been a wreck lately. For those who don't know, my mother had been fighting cancer for the past four years and not to long ago the doctors told us there was nothing else they could really do for her except make her comfortable. At the time, they thought she still had at least a year or two before things got really bad. So I spent most of my summer either working or spending time with my mom and family and doing what I could to help out. And then school started back and I had to move back to my college town. During the school year I was pretty busy doing plays and a butt load of homework. 18 hours is no joke. Just when I thought things were settling down and I could get back to my fun things (writing and watching anime and stuff), my mom took a turn for the worse. She was hospitalized several times off and on because of breathing problems due to cancer and fluids in her lungs. In the end, it was too much for her already weak body and she passed away just a few days after Thanksgiving.

Please understand that I'm not telling you this because I want pity. I prefer not to share my personal life with people who are (no offense) total strangers. But I felt you all had a right to know why I wasn't writing and that I wasn't just being mean by not updating. I don't know when I'll start writing again but it probably won't be for a while. But I WILL come back to my stories eventually, I promise. I love writing and I love you guys too much to quit completely.

UPDATE!

I'M BACK! After almost a year, I'm finally back! Not fully back but better than gone. I've already updated The Future to Look Forward to with a nice, long chapter. Yay for that! On a sad note, I'm considering discontinuing Having Harry's Destiny. I've just lost my muse for that story completely. I was reading over it the other day and I just hated it. It turned out nothing like what I had in my head. Maybe one day I'll come back to it and completely re-write it but for now I'm going to stick to TFtLFt because I still have my passion for that story. I may put a few one shots up here and there too if the ideas pop into my head.

Also, don't expect me to be updating as quickly as I used to. I'm still really emotionally fried so there are days and weeks when picking up the pen is the last thing I want to do. And if you could read what came out of those days then you wouldn't want me to either. Plus my life is super hectic still. I won't even go into everything I've got to do now.

And I've found a new love; photography. Yup. Me and my camera are besties forever. So a lot of my creative juices go there. I'm trying to expand to fit both though. I'll work it out, I promise!
