Hello there! There's not too much to know about me, but feel free to send me a PM anytime. Right now my account exists mainly so that I can post reviews and favorite stories, but I do plan to post fanfiction here sometime. About me: I write and draw stuff. I use he/him and they/them pronouns. (7/27/2020: This is the only edit I'm making to my old FFNet bio. Everything else is preserved in the state it was in on 2/5/2016. I post my fics on Ao3 as DiurnalDays, go read my writing there.) I'm also on Google by the same name. I post my art there sometimes. I may post some fanfiction here once I actually act upon my urge to write a multichaptered Hetalia fic. I'm kind of new to this thing, so my apologies if I make a mistake. ;; Current fandoms: Hetalia, Warriors, Megaman, and whatever catches my fancy at the moment I ship a lot of stuff, but my OTP right now is USUK. You can kinda discern that from my favorites, though. ;) Current fanfiction ideas (that I may or may not act upon): The Dragon of Spades Long ago, the Spades kingdom dominated all four Cards Kingdoms, boasting the greatest technology, literature, and arts in the entire world. The Spades kingdom was ruled over peacefully by the Spades king and queen, who used the power of the Spades Dragon to keep the heart of the Spades kingdom beating. The citizens of the Spades kingdom lived in prosperity and peace. But that was over two hundred years ago. Now, Dusk Scavenger Arthur Kirkland forages among the ruins of what used to be the Spades Kingdom for food, shelter, and interesting objects. He is one of the few who believes that the legendary Spades Dragon isn't just a legend, and he's out to prove it. In his travels, he's compiled a guidebook of the dragons, wyverns, drakons, and serpents of the world. The only draconids he hasn't catalogued yet are the four Card Draconids that power the four (technically three) Card Kingdoms - the Serpent of Diamonds, the Drakon of Clubs, the Wyvern of Hearts, and the Dragon of Spades. But these dragons are impossible for any ordinary person to meet, for they can only be summoned by the rulers of their respective kingdoms. No ruler of a Card kingdom would ever summon a Card Draconid for ordinary eyes to behold. And the Spades Dragon, whose existence Arthur is out to prove, seems to have vanished forever, for the last true ruler of the Spades Kingdom passed away hundreds of years before Arthur's birth. Arthur has little to spend his time on, at least until he meets a mechanic named Alfred F. Jones who changes his life forever. Adventure/Romance, USUK with possible side ships, multichaptered with possible sequel. 2nd priority on my list of projects right now. Everlasting Red Flag (tentative title) Yao has lived for over four thousand years - five thousand, according to some. He's walked the earth ever since mankind scratched the beginnings of human language into the skin of the world. He knows human sin inside and out - but he knows human kindness just as well. Testaments to his old age sit in almost every major museum around the world. His body has torn apart many times due to civil war. He's seen empires rise and fall, epidemics come and leave thousands dead in their wake, and the greatest people of history meet bitter ends. History knows him well, and history is his only recluse when all else goes wrong. Tragedy, no ships, probably going to end up as a multichaptered oneshot, shelved for now He Has Broken (tentative title) When an assassination attempt leaves England dead and America severely wounded, their governments see no choice but to implant England's blood into America's body to save both of their lives. The process lets England exist as a voice inside of America's mind, but a nation's body cannot contain two nations for long. Tragedy/Romance, USUK, indefintely shelved The New Clans trilogy (Goldfur's Journey, Eaglestar's Hope, and Snowfeather's World) Long ago, the Four Old Clans lived around a lake that reflected the stars that watched over them. But those Clans are no more, ended by a mysterious plague that went by the name Frothmouth. Today, five new Clans have risen from the ashes - FireClan, passionate as a flame, DeathClacn, mysterious as the night sky, EarthClan, sturdy as the soil, IceClan, fluid as the streams, and CloudClan, unassuming as a raincloud. These Clans carry on the legacy left behind by their ancestors, living in relative isolation from the world around them. Frothmouth drove away the Twolegs from their Twolegplaces, and now the Clans live in relative peace, sheltered by the legends that surround the lake. But stormclouds gather on the horizon. The tragedy that ended the Clans before hasn't disappeared from the hearts of the New Clans, and the threats of old aren't gone yet. Follow Goldfur through the mountains as she discovers the connection between the Tribe of Rushing Water and the New Clans. Then, leap into the fray of great battles between IceClan and CloudClan, joining Eaglestorm's side as she struggles with the issues of a troubled world. And then claw out an uncertain future for the New Clans with Snowfeather after the CloudClan War ends with the Clans tainted red. The survival of everything the Clans stand for will depend on the past, present, and future. Adventure/Tragedy, OC ships, AU (the timeline of the New Clans trilogy differs greatly fron the canon timeline), three multichaptered fics. Development almost complete. Eaglestar's Hope may be written sometime in 2016-2017. 1st priority on my list of projects right now. To death I sing, to life I speak. |
