When I update: I update whenever I'm free or whenever inspirations strike. So, I could go without posting for weeks or months on end or within days of each other. I'll try to update when I can, but my stories aren't discontinued unless I say they are.

When I started writing: (on fanfiction) Actually, many years ago. I made this account looking for a fresh start.

Why I Write

By write, I mean truly write, and not the stuff I spew on paper for school. And I write for only two reasons.

1) For myself. Mostly because I love to take the 'what ifs' in life or fiction and morph them into a spectacular weaving of adventure, friendship, suspense, and all the components of a good read. I have a habit of analyzing people and their interactions so writing fiction is the perfect way for me to get my thoughts on paper without being analytic. That being said, that means I update whenever I feel an inspiration so it's possible I can go for months on end without updating though I'll try not to.

2) For others. As much as I love writing for myself to make me happy, I enjoy writing for others even more whether it be a poem for my friends' birthday, a short story for my teacher, or a new fanfiction for my beloved readers. I love to see others be cheered up or enthralled by my writing, which I strive for. Still, I do have a life and I can't always be writing all the time, unfortunately, but I try my best to balance everything out.

In short, my reason for why I write is for my own happiness and others' happiness. It is a really romanticized view, but there's no other way to describe it. For smiles, for laughs, for tears, for suspense, for enjoyment, this is why I write.

Kinds of Stories to Expect from Me

Genre: Friendship, Drama, Hurt/Comfort, Adventure, Fantasy, Humor, Angst, Tragedy, Slice of Life, Supernatural

Rating: K-T. The only time I'll ever warn my readers for an M-rating is for disturbing imagery, gore, or extreme violence. I don't think I'd ever be able to write a lemon.

Pairings: I sometimes hint at pairings, but I rarely pass the line between friendship and lovers. I'm a person that values the love of friendship or family much more than the kind of passionate love that is involved with romance. But I enjoy teasing my readers ahahaha...so yes, many of my stories might have hints here and there.

What I focus on avoiding when writing: OOCness, plot holes, bad grammar (yet I still make mistakes haha...), inputting modern stuff when they shouldn't be there, bizarre and confusing events that appear out of nowhere

What I love to put in when writing: Cliffhangers, feels, and relationship development between characters and character development. You have been warned :)

My Reviewing Policy:

Reviewing my stories: It would be amazing if everyone who read my story reviewed, whether it be a complaint, suggestion, or comment. However, I am aware that it's difficult to review sometimes for a variety of reasons. Still, I would never hold my stories hostage and force people to review for an update (my updating schedule is terrible enough as it is so there's no point). So, if you can review, you have my eternal gratitude for taking the time to comment on my writing. Whether they're flames, compliments, or constructive criticism, I still learn something. And if you can't, you still have my gratitude for reading, favoriting, or alerting my story anyway.

Reviewing other people's stories - I don't review every story I read. Sometimes there's not much I can say because there's too little written and I do not know what to say other than "cool" or "this is interesting". I prefer my reviews to be meaningful rather than just a "please update" or "I like it". I review when I have something constructive to say or if a story really catches my attention.
I know some people get upset over the fact that they get a bunch of alerts and favorites and barely any reviews, but that's just how it is. All I have to say is, if you want reviews, write your very best. After all, people review cause they like your story or find it interesting. Use the lack of reviews as a motivation, not a sign of bad writing or something. Just...please don't throw a fit and then rage about it. Being upset is one thing, but when you start bombarding people with threats to discontinue the story or hold a chapter hostage, it's just unfair to the people who actually do review. Also, it makes you even more upset than you have to be.
