I don't really post here anymore but I still answer reviews, PMs, etc. With that in mind, Hello! My name is Max. I'm the guy in the picture, with the goofy hair. I am a 18 year old EMT, as well as a creative-writing major at a career arts school. For a number of years, I was a semi-competent bureaucrat/paper pusher for a small charity organization known as Legacies. During the summers, I make snow-cones at an amusement park. Depending on who you ask, I'm also hobbyist saber-fencer. As for my activity on this site, I write stories about video games. As part of my classes, I write stories and plays about all sorts of stuff that isn't video game related, but I don't intend to link that here. I've taken heavy inspiration from a number of writers, such as Terry Pratchett, Neil Geiman and Eliezer Yudkowsky. I wrote some of my very first stories here, and though I consider them to be a lot worse than what I write now, I still have them up for posterity. The writing adventures of 12-year old me are chronicled here forever! About The Guide: I've been thinking about picking the story back up for a while now, but I haven't really had the drive. That's not to say I'm done- it's been a really fun story to write, and I know how it ends. But, I've been working on a fallout story recently (That I won't publish until it is finished- I learned my lesson!) called, "Practicing Medicine." Once it's finished, I will post it 3 chapters a week over the span of a couple of months. Until that's done, I unfortunately won't have much time for "The Guide."
