03.21.2018: We're all older now. I'm 20, out of my teenage years, and, for the most part, "over" my Hetalia obsession. I bet a lot of my old readers are, too. I know the fandom will never be the same as it was... after all, we can't obsess over the same thing for 20 years. But alas, something deep inside of me is refusing to let go. Maybe I will next year. Maybe I never will. Maybe it's become part of who I am. But alas, I still have some unpublished material. And maybe, just maybe, the desire to finally finish what I've started. I know you all are tired of empty promises... if anyone is left. But I'm willing to try, if anyone is still willing to read. The universes I've created will live in my heart forever.

03.08.2017: So... hello? I'm not even sure where to start, here. It's been so long. Unforgivably long. I have no idea what kind of following, if any, I have here anymore, or even if the fandom is still alive to any extent. But I have a lot of nostalgia, some old never-published chapters, and a twinge of motivation. So I'm back. Tentatively. But back none the less.

Hey, I wasn't about to pull a DeValier.

06.18.2016: Guys, I don't know if I can do this anymore. I just don't care about writing like I used to. Maybe it's the depression, maybe it's fate, maybe it's just my own laziness, but I just can't do it. This isn't just about fan fiction, either. I legitimately feel like I hate writing - all kinds of writing. It's saddening, because I used to get a sense of satisfaction from it rivaled by nothing else. That feeling is gone now. Completely. I might try to update, I might get my passion back… but I can't make any promises.

…so, it's a few hours after I posted that last message, and I feel a little better now. What triggered it to begin with was I lost a 40 page story that I was working on and liked a lot - devastating, obviously. My lack of enthusiasm for writing has been a problem for awhile, but after thinking about it all day, I've realized can't just give up.

We'll see what happens.

Note 10.13.2015: Yes, I am still alive, and I am still working on these stories. I apologize sincerely for the lack of updates lately. Between school and my own personal mental health issues, I have been unable to write efficiently for quite some time. Let's call it the worst case of writer's block ever. HOWEVER, there will be updates soon. I DO NOT plan to stop writing for this fandom for a very, very long time. Thank you for your patience, and, as always, thank you for reading.

Hello everyone! My name is Emily, some people call me Satan, and I have a shit ton of Hetalia projects going on at once. Writing these things has become my life. Help me.

My one true inspiration is George DeValier, and I strive to be as amazing as him one day. Auf Wiedersehen, Sweetheart is responsible for Gerita being my undying OTP. It's one of the most beautiful things I've ever read, fan fiction or otherwise. I don't care if you hate Gerita, or heck, even hate Hetalia. It's worth the read.

So, turns out I'm actually going to be writing two FIVE SO DAMN MANY Hetalia fics at the same time. Yikes. The good news is that I have several other fics planned out, so expect a decent flow of material from me.

Finished Multi-Chapters

My Guardian Angel (Gerita, Ludwig/Feliciano): For Feliciano, everyday at school is a nightmare filled with people that love making him miserable. He thinks it will never end until one day during a particularly violent attack, a mysterious blue-eyed stranger comes out of nowhere and rescues him. Not long after, Feliciano starts to feel things he doesn't quite understand. Twenty-one chapters.

This was my first multi-chapter fic. While I don't think it's bad, I think my characterization was a bit off. Still, I'm proud of it.

All of Our Sins (Spamano, Antonio/Lovino): Lovino is Catholic, but he's not entirely sure what he believes. Nevertheless, he and his brother Feliciano are forced to attend confirmation classes. When Lovino meets their group leader- bizarre, cheerful Antonio; one of the first people to treat Lovino like he matters- things get complicated. When they find this church is much darker than it appears, things get terrifying.

It was incredibly difficult to condense the summary to fit the character limit. While Guardian angel is a whole lot of fluff, Sins is a whole lot of angst. Not going to spoil anything, just saying. This one was more difficult to write, but I feel as though my writing style has improved as a whole. Religion is a very tricky topic to tackle, and I would like to make it explicitly clear that the church presented in this fic is made to be a corrupt church. This was not made to shame any particular belief system. Keep in mind, some of what happens is based off my own experiences. 19 chapters.

Publishing Multi-Chapters

Bookstores to Nightclubs (PruCan, Gilbert/Matthew) : Matthew has social anxiety. Over the years, his condition had become so severe that it's nearly incapacitating. When he's on the brink of giving up and living a life of solitude, he meets Gilbert at the bookstore Matthew works in. Gilbert is just about the most out-going person Matthew has ever met, and for whatever reason, he is determined to get Matthew out more. Through this self-proclaimed 'awesome Prussian', Matthew begins to see what life really has to offer. But the question still remains: Will Gilbert understand his anxieties?

I just, just started this one. That being said, I'm super excited to get cracking on it. I can't tell you how long it will be. The chapters will eventually be published on Saturdays.

The Quiet One (Giripan, Heracles/Kiku)- Heracles is introverted, thoughtful, and most of all, quiet. But everything around him is loud- including his boyfriend of two years, Sadiq, who he no longer loves. Then, he meets Kiku- a transfer student who lacks the ability to speak, and Heracles realizes how much he’s missed the quiet.

I started this on a whim, and I'll likely start publishing on a whim, too- meaning somewhat frequent, but not weekly updates.

I am also, very tentatively, planning a Hetalia x Hunger Games fic, meaning the Hetalia characters in the Hunger Games universe. This is something I've had in my head for awhile, and I really want to start soon.

The Hospital-Verse: These stories DO interconnect. They all take place in the same hospital.

In Another Life- (Giripan, Heracles/Kiku): Kiku’s life is an endless blur of work and monotony. He works as a nurse, and one day he’s switched to Hospice care. He isn’t sure about the change until he meets his first patient: Twenty-seven year old Heracles, a congestive heart failure patient with an uncanny ability to remain optimistic and kind through everything. Through him, Kiku begins to see the world through a whole new light. Before long, they find themselves falling in love. But love can’t protect either of them from the cold reality: Heracles has six months to live.

Not to say about this one besides I'm sorry. Now complete at 16 chapters.

Little Sunflower (RoChu, Ivan/Yao): When Yao goes to pick up his brother Kiku from his job at the hospital, he gets lost in the psychiatric ward. There, he runs into Ivan- an impatient suspected to have borderline personality disorder. Later, Dr. Williams realizes that Yao had an interesting and possibly helpful effect on Ivan. Yao is asked to visit Ivan as unconventional therapy, and what was supposed to be a job turns to much more.

This story was so much fun to write, and I think it's one of my favorites thus far. Now complete at 18 chapters.

The King & I (PruCan, Gilbert/Matthew): Matthew is a psychiatrist in a hospital psych ward. All day he deals with the insane, and he believes he's seen everything. When Gilbert- a man with an alternate personality that believes he's the king of the long-abolished Prussia- is forcibly admitted, he's proven wrong.

I have officially started! This story is in no way connected to 'Bookstores to Nightclubs.' They are in absolutely no way related.

Fumbles & Fairytales (Previously Of Unicorns and Demon Summoning) (USUK, Alfred/Arthur): Alfred is cleaning out his closet one day when he comes across his old high school yearbook. While flipping through it, he comes across a picture of the best friend he lost contact with soon after graduation- Arthur Kirkland. Right then, he decides to find his friend again. After his brother Matthew, a psychiatrist, comes forth with information that he's been hiding, Alfred manages to find Arthur- in a hospital psych ward. No matter what anyone says about him and his so-called 'hallucinations', Alfred is determined to visit him each and every week. When friendship turns to more, Alfred begins to wonder if he can handle the baggage Arthur comes with.

This one is coming very soon!!

Boy, Interrupted: (PoLiet, Feliks/Toris): While Toris is in the ICU, he shares a room with Feliks- a boy beaten within an inch of his life for cross-dressing. Feliks is cold at first, but after learning he and Toris have similar struggles, the two begin to bond.

I'll expand on this one later, and the title will likely change.

While Papa Sleeps: (SuFin, Berwald/Tino): Tino is admitted to the hospital for a minor surgery. While in recovery, he stumbles across Berwald- a man in a coma, accompanied only by his son, Peter. For reasons Tino doesn't understand, he's drawn to Berwald and wants nothing more than to see him recover. He begins to visit him and Peter, who tells him all about his beloved Papa.

Guh, so many people have asked for this. While I can't promise it will be here soon, it's coming! Please be patient!

That's all I have- for now. Expect more ideas, because when it comes to Hetalia AU's, I'm full of 'em.

One-Shots

Regret: Ludwig and Feliciano have been fighting in the war for weeks. They are losing hope quickly, and only time will tell what will happen to them.

I was very proud of this story at one point...now, not so much. Actually, I'm kind of embarrassed about it because it's just not my best work. It isn't awful, it just isn't up to speed with the stuff I'm putting out now. I'm considering deleting it.

Fading: Soulmate colors AU. All his life, Sadiq has only known grey. He never expected to find his soulmate, but when he meets his new roommate, Heracles, his life becomes a torrent of color... even if Heracles sees nothing at all. Sadiq is forced to keep what he sees a secret. But Heracles seems off, and as time goes on, Sadiq can only wonder why his colors are fading.

I only did this because I made the mistake of toying with the idea of a soulmate AU being present in the hospiverse, and when I realized the hospiverse is way too realistic for that, I settled on writing a completely separate, terribly unfair, downright cruel one-shot. Sorry!

One shots are something I haven't done much of, but I plan too. I just have a lot to work on otherwise.
