 Author has written 14 stories for Legend of Zelda, and Hunger Games. *My profile picture was drawn by the wonderful days-e on Tumblr, and some of my old ones were drawn by milkat-sprout and Link's Lily* Hello there! I'm RandomButLoved, but feel free to call me Random! :3 I've been on this site for a while now, using it as a creative output for all of the ideas floating around in my head with no way to show them other than by writing! After a clean up of all of my old stories (which I'm glad you don't have to see any of those anymore!), all that's left are the works that I'm really proud of and hope that you enjoy them! You might know me mostly because of my story, Ancient Roots, but either way I'm super flattered that you've come to check out the rest of my work! In terms of writing, my main focus is on finishing my Mega Edit of Ancient Roots so that I can finally lay that to rest, although I'm currently planning a novella sequel after I finish editing Ancient Roots. Other than that, I still have a number of stories that I started but never finished, either because of writer's block or just because of other projects (in particular Shards of Time, 24, Girl of the Dream and Bound History). Feel free to drop a message! I'm at university so I'm busy, but I try my best to reply as soon as I can! Tell me about what you've been up to, or ideas you've had about writing, or just anything at all! -Major Completed Stories- Ancient Roots: This is what I believe is my biggest story on my account currently. I have created a novelisation of Skyward Sword, despite the negative comments that the actual game gets, though swapping the roles between Link and Zelda around. After the Wing Ceremony, Link is the one captured by the Black Tornado instead of Zelda; as Ghirahim, the Demon Lord that presides over the Surface, needs the Soul of the Ancient Hero to resurrect his Master instead of Hylia's Soul. Zelda travels down to the Surface to find her friend, though this novelisation is not 100% to the game. Events are twisted into a slightly darker setting, and characters who don't usually stand out will be explored too. Rated: T Genre: Romance/Drama Guardian of Time: This began out as a single chapter story about Cia's life before she became corrupted. It explains how while the actual game clarifies that Cia watched over the balance of the Triforce "without interfering", she actually broke free of the hold the Gods have on her in order to protect the bearers of Wisdom and Courage during the Great Flood before they drowned. However, she was then permanently placed in solitary confinement for breaking free, allowing Ganondorf to attack. This will now be a story with more than one chapter, however will not be a run-through of the entire game. I would like to look into how Lana began her fight against Cia, and also have incorporated some moments from Cia's Tale in the game. Rated: T Genre: Spiritual/Angst |
