This is a series of stories that all relate in some way or another to my other story: The Ink and the Reaction but they can also just be enjoyed as is. They all have themes of Johnlock. Labeled complete for now until I get more ideas.

John comes home from a date upset and Sherlock tries to find out why. When he finds out John has tattoos, Sherlock tries to see where and what they are even if John is unwilling to show him at first. What kind of ink is John Watson hiding? Johnlock.

When Clary Fray moves to Florida to escape the pain of her mother's death, she doesn't expect to get caught up in a whirlwind of danger and romance. Jace Herondale is the sexy, forbidden orphan. Clary and he have far more in common than they believed.

John stares him down over a cup of tea, all deliberate calm. "Sherlock," he says. "You're in love with me." [Johnlock]

John recieves a minor injury during a case, and Sherlock's reaction makes John wonder if Sherlock is the best friend he's ever had. Or, possibly, the worst. Johnlock. Fluff/Romance/Hurt/Comfort. Here there be cuddles and tea and the Dread Pirate Roberts.

A short story on the evolution of the characters' relationship at intervals of several weeks. It starts with the accidental touching and grows to be something more. Lots of fluff ensues. One-shot. Slash.

Mycroft, tired of the sexual tension between Sherlock and John, traps them in a lift and leaves them to work out their differences with some interesting results.

Everyone knows that John Watson is a good doctor and enjoy having him around at the clinic. The only thing stopping him from being a truly great one is his odd tendency to run out of there at odd hours muttering something about Sherlock. Some of his coworkers try to figure out just what a 'Sherlock' is and if they need to call someone about it. Really, they're just concerned.

Sometimes Sherlock wanted help but he didn't know what he needed; he knew John would. H/C, almost a sickfic.

In the wake of Ziva's loss, there is still one person she can hold onto.

Sherlock Holmes had his first experience of sex when he was sixteen years old, with a girl who was the daughter of his father's buisiness partner, helped along with a stolen bottle of scotch and a rather ancient looking condom stolen from the wallet of an obnoxious party guest. Somehow, eleven years and three months later, he's faced with ten year old John Watson.(Sequel up)

A late night ride home on the tube, right after a long case. John's fallen asleep on Sherlock's shoulder, leaving him to observe and to ponder certain things. Mostly John. Something short and sweet for you.

" - you've left a space for him!" Mycroft persists, waving a hand at the empty spot next to his brother. Sherlock furrows his brow and glances furtively to the left, eyeing the empty cushion beside him. "Honestly, brother, I figured you'd not be so blind about this kind of thing, but do I truly have to spell it out for you?"

Sherlock's work gets them into a lot of strange situations, but up to his armpits in cute little orphans is not a place John ever expected to find himself with Sherlock. Fluffy adventure with no deeper meaning.

"If a clock could count down to the moment you meet your soul mate, would you want to know?"

Whilst in his Mind Palace, Sherlock realizes that he'd never really been cuddled. When John returns, he asks him to help. Hilarity and fluff ensue.

My gift for the September 2012 Johnlock gift exchange through johnlockchallenges on Tumblr, for the following prompt "John is actually a genius, possibly more so than Sherlock? But he pretends he's not because of previous bad experiences revealing that fact. And he's pretended so long he's almost convinced himself he isn't a genius. But then, he slips up. How does Sherlock react?"

Now that John and Sherlock are a couple, John wants to give his beloved a pet name. Thing is, Sherlock doesn't really want one.

"A hand. Fingers. Carding through his hair. His mind registered the sensation vaguely, world far too fuzzy, like the lining of one of John's comfiest looking jumpers." Fluff. Sherlock whump to a degree. One-shot.

Deeks gets sent undercover and has left his loveable mutt with his partner. This last month without her partner has Kensi thinking about their 'thing'; so what happens when he comes to pick up his pooch? One-shot. I rather suck at summaries but I write well... Of course Sherlock would never let anyone know he has a phobia. Anyone, that is, except John. One stormy day, John comes home to find Sherlock shaking behind the sofa, and it turns out he is absolutely terrified of thunder. John is there to comfort him. Can be read as canon or pre-Johnlock, depending on slash-goggle adjustment.

Sherlock and John visit a restaurant, and through their usual banter John's deepest secret is revealed. Although John worries he's lost everything, including an intimately close friendship with the man he secretly loves, is there a chance his feelings are mutual?

Perhaps Sherlock and John didn't become intimate suddenly after a breathless row or in the euphoria of solving a case. Perhaps it was after a gradual series of unlikely events during a particularly hot summer...

When Sherlock gets back, he finds a folder on John's laptop. In it are letters John wrote to Sherlock at the behest of Ella so he could work through his grief. Until he read them, Sherlock had no idea how deeply he'd hurt John.

Sherlock and John start to accidentally eat each other's food, and start feeding each other, much to the amusement and shock of their peers. Of course, it all feels natural to them, but one chocolate-covered thing can lead to another... SLASH/FLUFF

John has a hard time believing Sherlock is really back after the fall. He attempts to accept this fact by experimenting, using the five senses: Hearing, Sight, Smell, Touch, Taste/Post-Reichenbach/JohnxSherlock/T for language, I guess.

John comes home from a bad day at work to his lovely Sherlock.

After almost losing John, Sherlock attempts to come to grips with mortality and the human spirit the only way he knows how: through logic and science.

It takes her a while but Sally finally makes a huge realisation. Could be seen as pre-slash if you have your permanent slash-goggles on. *cough*

After a traumatising case John goes into shock. How does Sherlock deal with such an alien concept? SLASH

Sherlock needed to feel every beat of his heart, every rise and fall of his chest as he breathed. It was the only way to completely assure himself that John was alive and right there next to him, and not dead, no, never dead… John/Sherlock

John becomes ill from an ill-advised swim in the Thames. In March. Cue Sherlock and his Bedside Comforts

"He knew this would happen, and you still won't leave because you're a self-sacrificing idiot. You're the one he'll burn to get to me, can't you see that?" Sherlock/John

And that was the moment Sherlock mused that maybe this 'caring' lark wasn't such a bad thing after all. Sherlock/John

Sherlock does not react well to the idea that John might be dead.
