Enjolras couldn't let Eponine do Marius's bidding, at least not while the Revolution plagued the streets of Paris, but she certainly wasn't fit for the battlefield. Still, they needed all the help they could get. How one decision would alter the path of history and stop one group from being forgotten. E/E.

His time was almost up, he knew it. The final battle, so much more terrifying than the barricade. He could see them, hear them, feel them, all around him and he was certain he would be with them again soon. When she came, it became clear, so much more clear than it ever had been. This was it, his final victory.

Marius still sees ghosts, but he doesn't feel haunted. "With Cosette on his arm and Eponine hovering in the shadows, he raises his children."

As she hurries off, she throws a flippant smile and goodbye over her shoulder. "Eponine, if you will. It seems we are destined, Monsieur, to collide."

The uprising was successful and now it's almost 1836. Eponine and Enjolras run into each other at a party. One-shot.

Eponine and Marius had talked about it several times, but they always knew it was just a daydream. It would never happen. But through their years, as they both come to their own realizations, they find out that their daydream might not be all that unreachable.

The team wake up trapped in a dark cell filled with skeletons and chained to the wall. Realising that they've become trapped in a dream state, where there is no way out and they are being tortured with the memories of when they were most vulnerable and afraid, and with one of them deteriorating rapidly, the team has to work together to find a way to wake up before it's too late.
