Update STATUS:

I am still working ahead with things, don't fret. I may become more active in an effort to continually write. I have a longer note in regards to all whys for the next chapter.

A little about Px:

I am a 19 year old male. I live in Eastern United States, and I study at a University in the Northeastern Midwest.

I love the manga to hell and back, and I tend to ship a lot of things in Pokemon.

Well that's all. What? I said "a little".

Music - I kinda like everything, but my favorite is definitely Adult Pop (Pop and Rock with an Alternative flavor). OneRepublic def. my favorite artist though.

School: Currently at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. Although it looks like I may transfer to either USC (Southern Cal) or Stanford depending on a few things at the end of the year. Wish me luck in decisions, if you can.

My Take On Pokemon

Okay this is short and quick and not a full take, but it's crucial information.

I will never. I repeat. NEVER use ANY reference to the Pokemon world being parallel to Earth. I still haven't thought of a good name for their planet, but calling it Earth is like admitting everything is phony. That's not the point of fanfiction to me! When I come up with a name I'll post it here, but until then I will call it the planet of Pokemon or something like that.

Also, I try to make my fics as real as possible. I make connections with human things (like smoothies for example) and make them the same thing in Pokemon, just under a different ingredient or something like that (like Chilan berries for coffee). I also try and make it realistic in the Pokemon world. So things like high school (well public, required attendance high school) and business and economy problems will stay out of it. Pokeworld is utopia.

Another important note is that I absolutely refuse to admit any correlation from Earth time to Pokemon time. A year for us could be for them 2 months, 10 months, 20 months, 10 years for us! Considering Ash has matured so much and been through a lot for so long, and he is STILL 10 years old. Maybe 10 years is a long time. Maybe a year is a long time. Whatever the case, remember that age is a non-factor in all of my fics, and are merely to connect and compare one character to another.

How and Why I am an Advanceshipper:

Answer: I dunno exactly.

I have always thought of third gen as the peak of pokemon. Lets be honest guys, Misty was good as an original character, but when you get down to it, May and Max were wary better. Even May by herself. Third gen introduced Contests, and those were fantastic until fourth gen screwed them up. Third gen had an unbroken metagame, and was the most mysterious and time consuming game. But this is about the anime. The battles were a nice mix of skill, wisdom, strength, and length that made them epic. None of this make a stupid animation/special effect look fantastic and have the meat of the battle be a "Water gun. yay I win." I know the battle against Paul and Tobias go down in history, but thats it.

I used to love Pokeshipping and Contestshipping, hey I hated the 9th movie because it was clear Pokemon Inc were promoting Advanceshipping. It's sad, as it was one of the last times Americans saw May because it came out about 4/5 of the way through Battle Frontier. But then I changed. I heard about a (although fake) banned episode were May and Ash kissed, and so I started investigating. I watched a few AMVs on YouTube, and I gotta say I was hooked.

Plus, ADVS has the most MUTUAL hints. Its clear Misty liked Ash, but Ash only has shown consistent, obvious affection for May, and a little bit for Dawn. But Dawn was split between Paul and Ash. May is kinda split between Ash and Drew. but its clear she likes Ash more and would choose him over Drew anyway. I would show you the 2 movies and 50-somethin episodes that prove this, but I'm not here to waste your time.
