Author has written 9 stories for D N Angel, Naruto, Soul Calibur, Paradise Kiss, Witch Hunter Robin, Sailor Moon, and Read or Die. If you weren't already aware, this is my profile, and I will now put information... And stuff... On it... Because... F* if I know Pen Name: Monsignor Gabriel Real Name: Uh... Gabriel (Omitted because SERIAL KILLERS). Age: 20 Gender: I AM MON. MON IS HORNY AND VANT WOMON Sexuality: Some people would say gay, but, unfortunately... I checked. DX Nationality/Roots: Puerto Rican//Cuban/American/Italian Birhtplace: San Juan, Puerto Rico. I'm probably not the only White Puerto Rican on here, either. Favorite Categories: Anime/Manga and Crossovers in general Favorite Anime: D.N Angel, Love Hina, Neon Evangelion Genesis, and I'm still looking out for more... About a few days ago, I found Rozen Maiden, and I've become inexplicably entranced with the fifth doll, Shinku. Music Interests: Metal in general, but my favorite is typical metal, like AC/DC, Saxon, Iron Maiden, and shock rock like Marylin Manson and Alice Cooper. I'm also a big fan of Gorillaz. My favorite song is "Dirty Harry". And I've also delved into Reggae a little bit, and Matisyahu and his song "Youth" is my current catch. Also, I am a HUMONGOUS fan of Pink Floyd, and my favorite album is now Meddle. I like my music complex, poetic, rhythmical and funky. I like my rock pummeled hard, and my metal to be heavy... very heavy. Music inspires most of my writing, especially when I can visualize it. I've tried writing my own lyrics to songs, though I can't write music for shit since I can't play an instrument, nor can I read music. Drums are attractive, though my parents haven't bought me a kit for both financial reasons and because they thought guitar is more time-worthy. And now I can't play ANY instrument. Thanks, Mom and Dad. I dislike pop, especially boy-bands, the little capitalist pigs. I usually like to compare the fall of pop music in the 90's to the fall of Communism in order to cheer myself up. Honestly, you can love music, you can sing fantastic and you can sell records... But in the end, music is meant to be about expressing yourself and about being original. There's very little originality in music these days, and, quite frankly, it makes me nauseous to think as to what people will listen to for a 5-minute kick. Nowadays, I've harbored an extensive hate of the new bands that are coming out (the likes of Hinder, The All-American Rejects, Fall-Out Boy, and Panic! At The Disco, which I think won the award for "Muckiest Band Name" at some point in their lives). Emo bands such as My Chemical Romance and Good Charlotte suck as well. Evanescence is no longer safe, since I got over the fact Amy Lee is smoking hot now that I've had 5 women in my life and it's quite tiring and now I've been ranting for too long. Moving on. Professions: 1. Writer (LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL, Sure) 2. Graffiti Spreader... Upper... I just spray stencils randomly 3. Music enthusiast 4. Leftist Moderate 5. Student 6. Therapist-In-Training Stories I Recommend (From My Own Creations): 2.) VERBRECHEN DER GOTTER: My latest and greatest work, in my opinion. If you're not going to read anything else that I've written, read this, because this is the one thing that I find few flaws in and the one that I'm working the hardest at. WARNING: Might be pretentious, I'm not exactly sure. 3.) BRAIN DAMAGE: I'm surprised at how well such a rip-off subject came off so well. Not my first story, but definitely the second-greatest. However, I find my references to Pink Floyd a little useless, since I was just referencing them because I thought they were awesome. That may not sound so bad, but you should keep extraneous things out of your story if it doesn't really add anything except a soundtrack to listen to while you're reading the story, even if I was going to add the themes of isolation and alienation from The Wall in a third, crossover installment I'll only do if people are even interested in. Pink Floyd is still awesome. 4.) BRAIN DAMAGE 2: Again, surprised at how well I ran with it. Again, Soundtrack Syndrome. It's also a pretty disappointing sequel. I think even you, person reading this, should have figured this: sequels never really turn out better than the original story it continues. I was younger, and not really as capable as I am today. Then again, this was barely a few years ago, but that's beside the point. I grew up a lot in those teeny tiny years... Shut up. I had my reasons to grow up. :D 5.) I Wouldn't Wanna Be Like You: For the best short story I've done, in my opinion, it's pretty boring and gimmicky. I think I focused too much on the OP. I also didn't really know that much about Paradise Kiss except what I exposited in the story. This was part of an experimental phase of mine where I tried to write stories without knowing anything about the canon except the personalities of the characters (so as to avoid Out Of Character moments). 6.) I Don't Want To Be Pretty Anymore!: A bit of a sequel to the above, it was too similar and showed how desperate I was for reviews and "cred" (amount of stories and words that I wrote). It's not TERRIBLE, but it's not very significant. 7.) Madvillainy: Another experiment, it hit the skids when I ran out of rhymes. Whoddathunkit? :C 8.) Heart-Shaped Box: Another case of Sountrack Syndrome, this is the very first story I ever wrote. For this reason, it's one of the worst I've ever written, but I'm too much of a sentimental wussy to erase it. I think I won't erase anything anymore, just to keep a record of my mistakes and what not to do... Hopefully it'll educate you too, person reading this. 9.) Daisuke: Bold As Love: I was actually proud of this when I finished it... HOWEVER, there's barely any character development, poor word choice on my part, and it encourages reckless pedophilia. While I wouldn't mind an older woman having her way with me, I do have a problem with people thinking there is absolutely nothing wrong with pedophilia (there is, just not as much as people think there is). 10.) SPIRIT IN THE SKY: I am so embarassed about the last chapter for that absolutely ridiculous fan-service I decided to splice in for no fucking reason. D: Mottos: "Every person has a story to tell, and every story deserves to be an award-winning novel; you just have to make sure you tell it right, or else no one but me will want to hear it". "No one is truly evil; some people just get addicted to being dicks" Now, if you'll excuse me, I gotta go do some more fuggen' writing and shit, Monsignor Gabriel |
