So, I had another Fanfiction.net account, but after looking at how bad some of it was, I decided to start fresh.

About Me:
- I'm a twenty-year-old Theatre Arts major from Northern California, hoping to transfer to an acting program at a school in the UK.

- My favorite genres of fanfiction are Doctor Who, Life on Mars, Merlin, Torchwood, Harry Potter, Fruits Basket, Firefly, the Lord of the Rings, Heroes, Lost, the Chronicles of Narnia, the Office, and Peter Pan.

- I'm a total music nerd (actually, a total nerd in a lot of senses, but that's beside the point); my current favorite musical artists are the Beatles, the Decemberists, the Feeling, the Fratellis, Mates of State, the Devil Makes Three, the Kinks, Snow Patrol, Franz Ferdinand, the Killers, Kasey Chambers, Oasis, and plenty of other things I can't think of right now.

- I watch entirely too much television, aided by a rag-tag gang of companions I've recently acquired who have enabled my addiction with night after night of marathons on the single most comfortable sofa in the world.

- After successfully dodging it for years, a couple of friends managed to finally convince me to watch some anime. I am still not that kind of nerd, I maintain, but a little Fruits Basket and Trinity Blood is good for the soul.

1 July 2008: It's certainly been a while, hasn't it?
I haven't abandoned YMBiS, although my muse went into hibernation for a while. I was worried I'd stopped writing, but after a week-long Torchwood marathon (we got two of my best friends, one who's a Doctor Who maniac and one who's never watched anything even remotely Doctor Who-related, completely addicted, which is always fun), I found myself fervently typing yesterday afternoon. I can't promise that it'll be up soon, but I can promise that it'll be up eventually.
