Author has written 9 stories for Harry Potter, Avatar: Last Airbender, Lord of the Flies, Phantom of the Opera, Hellsing, Xiaolin Showdown, and Phantom of the Opera. The Honest Part (sorry) I'm struggling with a very unbalanced brain, my work sucks all of the life out of me, and when I try to write these days I stare for half an hour at a blank page. I sincerely hope that I'll come back to writing, and I'm trying to find a way to make it be soon. In addition to my poor, neglected fanfics, I've now got about 3 concepts for original novels in my mental attic, so it'd be nice to get some of this clutter out. I've never been a reliable updater. That being said, I am DETERMINED to finish Song of the Nightbird, at the very least. It will happen. When? I don't know, probably after the doctors shove a cocktail of drugs down my throat. (So... soon? I hope?) Updated February 2019 The Rest of the Profile I'm 27(ish), I love to read, and I have been thinking of fanfiction since I was about 5... I didn't find out that you could actually write it out and put it online until later, and started my FF account in highschool. My taste tends to be very eclectic, and the things I like have little in common. Whether it's books, music, or movies, I can't tell you that I like a certain kind. And naming my favorites is basically an impossible task, so I'm not going to bother with that. I am... unreliable when it comes to updates. If something comes up and messes up my flow, it can be months or even years before I get back to things. I was hoping to combat this by writing far enough ahead of posting to give myself some buffer room, but... well. It hasn't worked out for me so far. Sorry about that. If you want to bring me back, an engaging review or PM can usually get me rolling again (at least enough to get a chunk of a chapter done). Cat Quotes "When I waste time, I do it with style." "As soon as I came in the... oh shoot, what's that thing? It's on hinges, has a handle, it's normally made of wood and you use it to go in or out of a room... Door! That's right, it's called a door." "This doorway is four feet wide. How did I manage to miss it and run into the frame?" Him: "You took shit and made it into a Greek statue." "Okay, now that that's over, should we go back to watching the show instead of planning marriage with the characters?" Her: "Look at how much food he has! He can't possibly eat all of it!" Important Links: Song list for Beneath the Willow Song list for Song of the Nightbird About the stories: My old stories are discontinued. There's a slim chance I might take some of those ideas and redo them from scratch, but... Ehhhh I wouldn't count on it. I've got too many things in the future. xXx STORY STATUSES Song of the Nightbird Fandom: Phantom of the Opera Summary: "I'd stay with you, you know. Here, in the dark... forever. We can dance through the night and never look upon the sun again." Between bright, perfect Christine and a girl with her own darkness, what will Erik choose? Status: This will be one of my main focuses when I come back. Admire the Spider Fandom: Phantom of the Opera Summary: Erik asked Sera why she would want to hold something she was clearly so frightened of. “Spiders are beautiful, in their own way.” Something had changed in the girl’s tone, making her seem slightly older and stronger. “I’m afraid of them, yes. All the same, I can’t help admire them. I admire their strange grace, the beautiful webs they build. And, if it isn’t going to hurt me…” (Erik/OC, based on Kay's novel) Status: This thing is being written out of order. So, while it is actually slowly progressing, none of it will be posted til it's all done. Nephilim (First book, A Demon's Dream) Fandom: Harry Potter Summary: Quacey was born for one purpose - to increase the Dark Lord's power. Though Voldemort's fall led to the boy being raised by the faculty of Hogwarts, few people see any reason to trust someone with such dark origins. Status: Concept - when I've got a few things off my plate, I'll reread the series and really get down to this one. Truth of the Willow Fandom: Harry Potter Summary: Sequel to 'Beneath the Willow'. Though the tides of war pulled them away from the Willow, they found they never truly left it behind. Once you learn what it's like to be free, it's hard to let circumstance cage you. Status: Low-priority. I want to make this, but my other brain children need me first. xXx SIDE PROJECTS My Immortal: Shattered Fandom: Harry Potter Summary: Ebony's presence seems to warp reality, eating away at the people around her. As their very essence fades and shatters, can the students of Hogwarts gather enough of themselves to do something about this monster? (A rewrite of the worst HP fic ever created.) Twisting Allegories Fandom: Don't Take This Risk Summary: It was just a wrong-number call, a simple enough thing. But when Rhea hears that the man on the other line meant to call the Suicide Hotline, she becomes convinced that this isn't an accident - it's fate. And she's willing to do whatever it takes to save him. Not Forgotten Fandom: Rise of the Guardians Summary: Post-movie, Pitch finds a way to stop himself from being forgotten after all his plans are ripped away. The Voices Liked Her Fandom: Skullcrusher Mountain (A song by Jonathan Coulton) Summary: I'm gonna give a bad summary because I'm lazy right now. Mad scientist with too many murderous voices in his head turns kidnapping girls into his hobby, but ends up snagging one who's a little more than he knows how to handle. |
