I loved this so much! I just watched Maleficent for the first time a few minutes ago and I was like DIAVAL! Diaval's my favorite! :)

Nice. However, who is the "mother" the title is referring to? Maleficent is definitely not Aurora's mother, after all.

As Maleficent left and the couple's kiss ended, a shadow rose from the living walls of the garden. Before Diaval or Aurora could respond, Sakura Neko bounded from her hiding place and glomped them both!

It's soooo perfect! I absolutely love this! I really wish there was more with this pairing. I knew as soon as Aurora met him in his human form that they were PERFECT.

I ship it so much 3 The Rose and the Raven, some call them... a most unlikely couple, but somehow it works beautifully. _ A wonderfully written story, by the way!
